You’d think KFC would have good chicken, this is just sad. This location never fails to disappoint. Chicken was mostly burnt breading, was really dry and way too hard to even take a bite out of. Whoever works there needs to be let go, and they need to start from scratch.

Chicken is always soggy. I can tell my mac and cheese had been sitting in that container for awhile because its was all dried up. Biscuit wasnt even done. Chicken sandwhich was old and had a different sauce in it than usual.only thing good was the mountain dew. Won’t be coming back.

Order a chicken sandwich, and a small side of mashed potatoes for my baby boy. Disappointed to say the least, potatoes barely made the half way mark. For 3.79 and instant potatoes the company should be able to afford filling the little container up.

Went for the first time to this location. My chicken tenders were old and hard and not even any sign of crispy freshness to it. Then my biscuit was just one small piece of biscuit and it was all cut into small pieces. My mashed potatoes were watery and didnt even fill up the container. Never again will i go to this location!

The service was fast but I think the chicken was done at lunchtime not dinner time. The chicken was dry and overdone, the mashed potato container and the macaroni and cheese container were both only halfway filled. The biscuits tasted like they were made the day before yesterday and left out to dry. I was completely unhappy with the food. I ordered an 8 piece meal and it was terrible.

This is the main reason why we’re never going to give KFC another chance anymore as we gave it so many chances going to different locations and they all seem to disappoint us with serving us overpriced leftover chicken from the day before but mostly bad spoiled coleslaw. Winco chicken more fresh and taste better. Took a bite of the drumstick and a spoon of coleslaw and spit it back out cause the coleslaw tasted old and bad and can tell by looking at the coleslaw in the bowl, cabbage and carrots looks old and not made today. No wonder why the coleslaw had a sour smell from it. Chicken looks like leftover from yesterday smfh. Bad management, creates bad employees equals bad service. Zero out of 5.

Here we are well after Covid is no longer a threat and this place still has the dining room closed. Take out only. That’s just laziness on Owner/Manager. Food was good at least. With so many other choices in the area, there really is no reason to go back this particular place.

Sad that the owner has given up on the place. The bathroom is beyond unsanitary. We didn’t find out the condition until after going through the drive-through. There is no soap in the women’s room. Very disappointing. Don’t go to the one. At 176th and Meridian. Shocked, they are still open.
