At Dos Olivos Market we are passionate about the Texas Hill Country, good wine, and delicious food. We started the business because we have seen first hand the amazing growth in the central Texas area and wanted to share our experience. We’re a Market | Eatery | Butchery. We carry Texas products such as salsa, jam, olive oil, glazes etc. We also have a delicious menu full of shareables, family style entrees, sides and desserts. Our butchery carries a wide variety of meats, many that we use on our menu. Dos Olivos Market carries a wide selection of wine and beer, predominantly from Texas. Wine Tastings and Beer Flights are available daily.

I had high expectations however I was so disappointed after going to dinner there… the food is horrible honestly. We ordered the burger and the pasta. They sent out some cold fries and old we sent it back and request fresh ones. The pasta was horrible, salted and just tasteless. I think they need better cooks or a new chef. They have a great location but the food is sooo bad. The beignets was soo salty!

I had the ribeye steak and it was amazing! I will dream about this steak. Just the right amount of flavor without taking away from the steak. The steak itself was juicy. The asparagus with feta had a nice flavor combination.

It’s nice to have a little place like this in Buda. Dos Olivos provides a nice little market/bar/restaurant that has a clean/modern vibe but still offers local wines and accoutrements.

I am so very excited to find this great little gem in Dripping Springs. We have barely had any gourmet or interesting food here for decades and then Dos Olivos appears. They have great service and a very interesting menu and a nice atmosphere. I can not wait to try more dishes! And go there many many more times! I highly recommend. Support local and give this place a try!

Had a really good experience here! We had a large party and we all got what we ordered and liked what we got (though, some of us loved what we got). My favorite dishes were the truffle mac and cheese, brisket burger with fries, and the chocolate churro waffles. The barbacoa donuts were a unique dish and everyone thought they were tasty. The winarita flight was so fun and very sweet like a slushi. I’m definitely going back!

We stopped for lunch and had an app,a shareable meal, dessert, glass of wine, and beer. The barbacoa donuts were so good. We had the Sticky Chipotle Salmon and although it could’ve used a pinch of salt, the sauce and fruit pico made it a hit.We ended with the beignets for dessert which were also good. A little bit pricey for the serving sizes but the staff were friendly and the place is a good vibe.

Dos Olivos Market Buda, this is the absolute worst value for a meal I have ever had. We came over the summer and loved the food, even left with leftovers. We should have turned around and walked out when the had no menus bc they were “printing” some. Eventually got a used menu. All of the portions except for the baked beans were much smaller than they were just a few months ago. $110, ordered a steak and we were provided plastic ware and no steak knife! Our friends ordered baked beans that were undercooked, and chicken that smelled rancid. Do not waste your time or money. Awful! Beyond disappointed.

Hidden gem in Buda. One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Fresh ground meat, perfectly toasted bun. Authentic Texas grilling…

They might have changed their cook here recently but our experience was highly disappointing. We ordered the truffle mac n cheese and it was very bland and dry. The squid ink carbonara was terrible. We received under seasoned pasta with missing ingredients. The crowd was not busy and both pastas came out cold. I found it a bit confusing due to our main entrees coming out separately rather than all at once. Last that came out was the Sticky Salmon. It was nothing special. It almost tasted watery in a way? Probably won’t ever come back 🙁
