The service was great. Mr. Jesus cashier was very professional. We asked Mrs. Juanita for clarification on the use of the app. She was very patient, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Everything was fresh. To end our meal, we ordered concrete deserts, which were also really good. I especially recommend the oreo flavor. Mr. George, the manager, was very friendly.

FRANK is a phenomenal customer service employee. I never write reviews, but I am blown away from his hospitality, enthusiasm and kind energy. I just left the drive-thru, and pulled over just to write this so I remember his name. The gentleman who took my order and greeted me at the window was probably one of the most respectful fast food employees I’ve seen since Chic-Fil-A. Even better. His demeanor speaking to the customers is exactly what you imagine when you think of an authentic, genuine, little burger joint. Where you get that personalized, individual, genuine treatment. This is a man who cares about his customers, and is definitely making Freddy’s better. I will be coming here more often. Thank you Frank for making our experience great. Exceeded expectations.
