Quick and efficient especially for drive through service. The girl at the window was amazingly quick while handling the taking of orders, payments and filling the orders. Only complaints I have was that I was told “we are out of that” with the first three drinks I chose and the prices were astronomical for fast food. I had eaten at a casual sit down restaurant the evening before and the cost was almost identical for both places.

Guess they just decided they didn’t want to work on a Friday night. Parked a pickup truck blocking the drive through, locked the restaurant doors and cut on out. Nice.

8 cars in the drive through because the restaurant portion is closed (4 hours before posted closing time). Finally receive order and pull around to start eating, but no fork or spoon for the power bowl. Back into line again, this time with 9 cars. Finally eating 32 minutes later

Have never left a review in my life, but I couldn’t help myself. Worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to hands down. Came through and was told they don’t accept card payments (for the second time in a row) but we literally watch the person in front of us pay with a card. I don’t argue cause I’m sure they won’t care what so ever. We pull up to the window after ordering, because we had cash, and they gave us our food for free because the lady at the window said she was confused and that we were good and handed it to us and closed the window. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m down for some free Taco Bell but honestly if the owner is reading this just know they are just giving away money. Since you don’t care about management maybe the knowledge of them basically losing the only thing you care about it will cause you to take action. I mean come on Tillmans corner isn’t as bad as this place. Won’t be surprised if it gets shut down soon.

7/9/23 update. Don’t worry about ordering via the app. I arrived and told them I was there for my app order. Had 1 order at the register and 2 from the kiosk that got their food before I did. I asked if I was wasting my time ordering via the app because everyone got their order before I did and I was told they serve the ones that order at the establishment first. I told them I was there! I was at the establishment!!!!! I never have problems like this with other places!!!!

Ordered on Doordash at 4:30pm, Dasher gets to the store and finds out that the store itself is closed. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. Two weeks ago I placed an online order and when I got to the store, 3 hours before they closed, they had the lobby doors locked and a truck blocking the drive thru. When I knocked on their door to ask what I should do about my order, the employee told me it wasn’t her problem. I just want a taco at work man.

Fire the staff,, shut it down…We just added a kiosk order in the store since we have an rv from out of town. 820pm Sunday night. Worst meal ever with even worse customer service from the entire team! I used to work at a different store as a teen, so I understand portion control, but this was one of our quesadillas. We ordered two quesadillas that were nearly empty and our drinks were nearly thrown on counter. Glad they fed us, but it was not a kind experience.

Hey Taco Bell, your customers don’t work for you. How about paying your employees a living wage so that your business will be staffed enough that we’re not asked to do the job of the cashier on your kiosks? I just left the Taco Bell in Spanish Fort, Alabama and there were literally only two employees running around trying to make orders with no one at the counter to take orders and there was just a pick up truck parked without anyone in it the drive through lane keeping anyone from going through. MEANWHILE, the Chick-Fil-A next door had two rings of customers wrapped around the building as always because not only do they show that they care about their customers and their employees, they’re not trying to charge the same amount for their food as a sit down restaurant, unlike you. You’re selling beans and cheese and questionable meat. Get better CEO’s. The last decade has been trash.

I have never seen a more disgusting restaurant. Somebody is paying the health inspector to give them a passing grade because this place is nasty! Employees screaming at each other, food everywhere, bathrooms disgusting. Someone will get sick eventually and sue you!

One of the employees had her kids there unsupervised and one was 9months maybe. Sitting on a table! There was one table that was dirty the whole time we were there. The lady at the register wouldn’t take our order, said we had to do it at the kisok but took a guy that came in after us! We almost left!
