Hello. Walked in at 830pm and noticed they were washing the front windows and spraying the countertops. I asked if they were closing, as I didn’t want to bother them if they were. I was told they were just pre-closing. “At 830 pm”. Upon ordering, I was advised they did not have white rice and I asked if they had any, I was simply told, Nope. So, I settled for a salad. Usually this place is pretty solid, this shift seems like a bunch of young kids just trying to get out early.

Not the best management from the staff, ordered online and had to sit and ask for my online order for 40 mins after the app said it was “ready”. Wasn’t busy, 8pm at night well after the dinner rush.

My pathetic “Barbacoa” tacos tonight from the Prince Frederick location. Asked for extra cheese and received hardly any. The sour cream they gave me on the side had chunks of food in it.

When it opened, this place was terrific; sadly, recently, quality and service have gone downhill. Lots of food is usually not available and when ordering online via the app… Picking up the food is soupy and spilled all over my car. The care and service aren’t what they used to be.

I will never order from this place again. All of our orders were missing something and worst of all there was a big piece of plastic in my daughters order. She’s 1 year old. To add to it, chipotle has now made it impossible to call the store or talk to anyone but a robot online. Definitely have gone wayyy downhill. I can’t explain my frustration. Never again will I spend $1 here. Don’t waste your money or time.

I’ve never wrote a review for any place but I am incredibly beside myself with this chipotle. I will never buy food from this chipotle again. Every single time I’ve ordered to go food it is less than satisfactory and missing ingredients specifically ones that cost extra. Waste of money. How hard is it? They just don’t care and at this point neither do I. Don’t spend money here go somewhere else.
