I just ordered 2 large pizzas from the Jets pizza on west Saginaw in Lansing. I ordered pickup from the online menu. The website shows daily deal prices online that do not require a coupon or a code. These prices were good for pickup as well as delivery. The cashier Jacob took my order over the phone and I verified the price of each pizza before he placed the order and he assured me that I would get the online prices but when I arrived at the restaurant they refused to honor the online prices and charged me an extra $11 dollars extra for my food. I paid for my food and said “well there goes your tip” because they’re not gonna over charge me and still receive a tip. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager 5 minutes after I left to explain the difference in my food prices and the manager Anthony gets on the phone and starts rudely over talking me telling me I need paper coupons and that he’s not honoring any online prices, then he starts loudly chewing me out and then he just hangs up the phone on me! I have never been disrespected by a manager of any establishment ever and because of this I will never support any Jets pizza, ever! That manager should be fired… How do you not listen to a customers concerns and rudely hang up the phone on a customer who just spent $47.00 for 16 slices of pizza. It’s seemed like he was mad that I left without tipping and took it out on me over the phone when I called. I’m done with this place.

I feel like the BBQ sauce is different here than at other locations. We always get the BBQ chicken Detroit Style Pizza…so, needless to say, we know the flavor. This time, it was different. I wasn’t thrilled about it, but we definitely still ate it. And, as always, the Jet’s bread was delicious.

Ordered Lg pep / well done. Pizza was covered in grease and not well done asked to have it remade. Brandon the manager reluctantly agreed but said it would take at least 30 min for well done. 2nd pizza , soo saucy that the cheese slid off, bottom crust was crazy thin and sauce soaked through. I asked for a refund and Brandon said my only option was to shop for a pizza someplace else. I asked for a refund, he stood there eyeballing me like he’s crazy, I told him it doesn’t matter how hard you stare me down, I want my money back, the pizza is not edible, and I showed him. Finally he refunded my money but let me know that I have been added to their Do Not Serve list! I’m dying!!!

Couldn’t believe my eye’s. The young kid that took my order looked very young I asked him if his parents owned the place he said “no”. He said he just turned 14 and was able to work certain hrs. Bravo to jets for giving him a chance. And the kid will go far in life!! Would be 5 stars but NO GREEN OLIVES??!

The pizza is yummy BUT the staff hands look gross with broken nails, chipped polish and black stuff underneath one employees fingertips, I noticed when I paid for my order, 2 different times! Do they wear gloves when preparing the food? On a good note, the staff is very nice and polite but I’m concerned about the cleanliness of their hands. Please have a meeting regarding this matter!

I will not be ordering from Jet’s pizza again. I understand being short drivers, but I placed my order at 6pm and I called the store at 8pm asking where my order was that I placed TWO hours ago. The person on the phone told me the order was on its way. Then he told me they only had one driver and they had a ton of deliveries and the driver was JUST NOW LEAVING with 3 other orders and it could be up to ANOTHER HOUR before I received my pizza. Ok, that’s fine, but why did it take TWO hours to even make the order? It was ONE pizza and some breadsticks. I get being short staffed, I really do, but three hours to get my order??? I mean, come on….literally any other pizza place would have had that delivery made in an hour, tops. Save your time and your money. If you’re gonna spend 3 hours waiting on food, go out to eat.
