Andrew is the best!!! If you ever go, make sure to tell him the girls with the tobacco sauce obsession left a review about how awesome he was. Our waiter was Mike. I cannot say how fantastic he was as our server! We’ve been coming to this location for over 18 years and always get great servers. But tonight, Mike went over the top! Making sure we had everything, offer assistance with cooking, grabbing to go containers (because we never finished the meal) and his overall phenomal personality! He treated us like we were his family and made sure that we were not rushed… it was, after all our 33rd wedding anniversary! Thank you Mike for a WONDERFUL evening and we hope to see you again!!

The California salad was amazing! Our sever was knowledgeable and provided his best recommendations. It was not crowded when we went. The drinks were delicious, however it was like drinking juice(barely alcohol in it). The concept was fun. I had the 4 course(cheese fondue, salad, entree, chocolate fondue). The employees there were funny, presentable, and nice. There’s a melting pot backdrop for picture taking. You are provide with multiple dipping sauces to enhance the flavor of your meats after boiling them. I recommend using them. Depending on your seat, the steam from the pot can be troublesome. Only wish the venting system was better. Myself and another table had this issue. Otherwise, I recommend the Melting Pot.

My husband and I have come to this location a couple of times in the last 5 years. The service and food have always been good. This time we asked another couple of friends to join us, we order two of the Big Night selection of the menus for the four of us. It was plenty of food and all very fresh. Our waiter Diego was great, and the protein was fresh and delicious, but we had a hair in one of our waffle bites that came with the chocolate. But that’s nothing compared to the desperate need for renovation this place needs. Walls are brown, booths look 90’s style, and you can see directly into the messy kitchen. The place just feels off. Definitely a unique experience, but now I know I’m not a fan of paying over $100 to boil my own food. Also, for the price I think they should provide better food to dip in the cheese (mostly bread) and chocolate (mostly dessert). I don’t want to dip dessert into more dessert, give me more fruit instead.
