The food and general food service was good. But the first bathroom was absolutely disgusting! You could see dust and grime everywhere… the floor, the sink and the trash receptacle by the toilet. And there was poop splatter … and definitely not fresh so it just hadn’t happened… on and inside the toilet bowl. I did tell the manager and he seemed surprised and said he’d check. But it was definitely not just a day or two of neglect… I’d say many days. Shouldn’t it be a policy for management to check this area every day??? Yuck! ☹️☹️

Well besides charging me for the driver’s food behind me. Then she fixed it when I told her that wasn’t what I ordered. I was charged $10.49 & $7.29 for the two meals.

We love Costa Vida, but this location is our absolute favorite location! My kids want this every time I ask what they want for dinner. The staff is always so friendly. Food is always amazing and lobby is always clean. Highly recommend!!!

Not sure what someone was thinking when they made my nachos but all of the ingredients were on the bottom underneath the chips with almost no cheese on the top of the chips?????? Missing the lettuce I ordered and put the pico off and on the side instead of on top(or bottom) with everything else.

This Costa Vida always impresses. So happy they opened by us. The management staff runs a smooth operation and the food is always hot and delicious (don’t expect anything less from Costa Vida). Will choose them over Cafe Rio 10/10 times.

There was a time I thought Cafe Rio was better, but Costa Vida has stepped up their game. This is my go to spot for a delicious salad. The tortillas are tasty, although I like mine a little more cooked. The Mrs orders everything on the app and it is extremely east to pick up. It is dangerous to have this place close by.

me and my partner ordered through the drive through, we asked for sauce and queso on our burrito and enchiladas. the person taking our order repeated it back incorrectly multiple times before we were able to correct them, and they rang in the order correctly, but the food only came out with queso. the lettuce and tomatoes smelled old and sour. disappointed, i eat costa a lot so im particular about all the sauce being there, made me sad 🙁
