Great place and Rob is the best manager ever! Only reason for 4 stars is I remembered they had the $5 wing special so I ordered it and the buffalo sauce was so extremely thick it was more sauce than chicken and disgusting. Instead of being dipped in a tub of sauce they need tossed in a bowl with light sauce in it to do a smooth even coat, not dripping thick sauce. I was literally drinking sauce even after using mad napkins to wipe it all off and because it was so thick the wings were super cold. Fries were cold this time too…. I ate it all anyway

The food was pretty good, and the service was amazing. The assistant manager here definitely needs a promotion, he was very outgoing and you don’t see that in the restaurant industry anymore. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Fast and very friendly service. Awesome food! We love it here. There are a lot of choices on the menu and everything on it is great! Every kind of meat you can think of and its fresh, tastes awesome, hot, fast, friendly, and the best fast food around. It is very clean inside and decorated very pretty. Never once have had a problem with my order. 5 stars for sure.

My husband and I got Arby’s for lunch, and as we drove off we didn’t even realize that something we ordered wasn’t in the bag. Multiple staff ran about 50 yards after us while we were driving away back onto western to give us our forgotten item, and even included a free cookie because of it 11/10

The pink haired girl at the drive though was as nasty as I’ve ever seen someone..her fingernails were dirty and I mean dirty.. look like she hasn’t washed her hair in weeks ..I didn’t eat the food I got ..put it in the trash …won’t be coming back here

Brisket was sloppily thrown together with no onions, smashed flat and the meat had no flavor. All of it was cold and I mean cold and they gave me the wrong drink as well. Not happy at wasting $12.
