This TB is very disappointing. The people working when I went last night were rude children with no customer service sense. The inside is dirty, and they are out of fire sauce? Service is extremely slow, and after waiting, I had 2 of 5 items ordered missing. I love TB, so this is a shame.

Today’s experience at taco bell was not so great. Pulling to the drive thru the voice over the speaker stated they were having technical difficulties and ordering could only be done inside. So there is the first loss of star service. Then inside it is just chaotic, everyone is trying g to stand at the counter because they think their order has priority, and the staff is ignoring anything going on it the dining room. Just making food and calling out names of the orders! Forgetting food and making the food incorrectly on every order. So there goes the loss of 2 stars for atmosphere! It is hard to regroup and provide decent service when the chips are down. But you have got to show your customers that you are trying to steer the ship to order!

Ordered on the kiosk. Received order faster than drive-thru. But when i ordered nothing said that the soda machine was out of order. The only two option was ice tea mango or Gatorade. I dislike Gatorade and i am allergic to mango. I’ve asked associate if i could get a taco instead since the machine is not working. When associate asked the manager, the manager loudly said NO it’s the drink or nothing. So I’ve asked for a bottle of water he offered “fountain” water… euh no thank you. Took the ice tea and gave it to a stranger.

Service was fast and nice. Food was stale. Had to throw everything away. Could be the case with any taco bell but I would suggest checking if your food is stale before driving away.

Stopped in on my way to a local retail store. Was hungry so why not? I grabbed the $5.00 Grande Nachos Box with a drink. Much bigger than I thought it would be and could be shared with others….Too bad I didn’t lol. Super friendly cashier and the store was very nice and clean. The chips in my nachos were the right amount of crunchy so yay to Taco Bell! Normally I get either stale or soggy chips at other Taco Bell locations but never this one so A+ to you. I’ll be back before they remove that special trust me.

I just left here less than 2 minutes. Poor service and an almost dead drive thru order taker. One measly soft taco that was dripping like someone spit in it and “bubbles”. It’s a sad day and time when there has to be a food inspection before eating it. I’d rather make my own food. Never ever again. I wondered why the parking lot only had 2 cars in it.
