Pretty much a guarantee that I will stop at this sandwich shop in Chinatown. Sandos are thoughtfully constructed on bub and grandma breads. Big, well constructed selections that are honestly too hard to choose from so you might be there again before you know it for another crave. Be advised that they run through a good amount of items around 1-4:00pm and some sell out.

Ok first I’d like to say you must try this hidden gem. I guess I’m a bit late but “oh shitaky” what a sandwich. This ain’t your run of the mill good sandwich or subguey crud. These peeps have crafted on their own level for sure. Flavors smashing your mouth hole from everywhich way. Acids, tangs, pickling, subtle and not do subtle from bite to bite. Thank you Wax Paper C-town for letting me experience what your art has evolved into. I enjoyed every moment and will be back to try others. “Today was the Larry Mantle tommortow the World!”

This sandwich shop is great the food is spot on and the sandwich size is good. Their pickles are sweet and pickley. I liked it but it felt like something was missing. The ingredients are fresh and refreshing and they have their own vinegar which is terrific. I think if they had a good soup to round out the meal it would be perfect.
