Tonight we ordered pizza.. they only applied one of the two coupons that your able to use a day.. get the pizza home one is missing the sausage all together the other is missing toppings on part of the pizza all together. Called and talked to store manager John he has every excuse as to this being our fault, states he can’t deliver new pizza because it’s a liability. Can’t replace or refund unless we come back today because we paid cash. He states district management has no contact with customers. When he was advised multiple times I can’t drive due to a disability he then goes on to state I’m sorry your inebriated and can’t drive. No accountability, low quality,messed up orders then their standards is to accuse a disabled person of being inebriated? Check your orders close before accepting them.

We had a great experience walking in to order. The staff was very friendly and promptly answered our questions about gluten free menu items. Gluten free pizza came out perfect and we were very happy. Will come back when we’re in town next time!

Order from them regularly Everything you’d expect hot food, friendly drivers, good delivery time. One time even had them call me because they were abnormally busy just to let me know they got my order and that it would be about a hour to hour and a half wait. Which gave me the chance to decide if I wanted to wait for it or cancel. I appreciate that kind of customer service and transparency about how long it was gonna be. Keep up the good work local dominos kids and I love you guys for pizza night

I think $23.99 for any combo or pizza is incredibly expensive for “carry out”. Such a price is geared to paying their people $20+ per worker per hour, which is way out of my league. If you have the money, their pizzas are very good because I’ve been eating them for years. Plus, they are hiring and the drivers are supposedly making big wages with tips, etc. There comes a point where I can make my own pizzas for less than $4.00. It is sad what Oregon is coming to and I do not blame Domino’s Pizza at all. It is no insult but most of their jobs are unskilled labor. At some point, sadly, these prices will back fire on company and workers. In terms of Domino’s taste…. 5 BIG STARS. Price 2 BIG Stars. If you are some rich student, be my guest. Pay the $23.99+tip.

Really disappointed in this place. My wife and I just had a baby after a complicated end of the pregnancy. She was starving and this dominos was the only thing still open that could deliver. Waited an hour for an order that was quoted as being a 25 minute wait only to check the tracker and see the order was cancelled. Tried to call them and they refuse to answer the phone when it says they are still open. Screening their calls because they are lazy and don’t want to do their job. Super unprofessional. I’ll call the manager tomorrow so they know how their employees don’t care about taking care of customers. I work in retail and this is not how you treat guests.
