Showed up during the Friday night dinner rush. Was greeted promptly, and was told their would be about a 15 minute wait. Host was very courteous and kept us informed every few minutes. Many other restaurants can learn from this; if you keep your patrons informed about what is going on, they won’t get upset about waiting. These guys did it right.

Came from out of town — excellent food and service. Staff is great. Air conditioning is out and it was very hot and almost unbearable as soon as your meal arrives from the extra heat. Hope the AC is fixed ASAP so I can return comfortably!

Heading back to the city after picking my Jeep up, we stopped by Massa’s for the first time and I’m glad the hubby chose this spot!! We sat ourselves, but Jessica(the server) was on it from the time she introduced herself while grabbing waters for us. I knew I wanted the cannelloni (fresh out the oven) and mussels, but hubby was torn and Jessica help him make his mind up lol. Overall, if I’m ever in the area again I know I need to try more

Food is great there’s something severely wrong with the AC though. Check weather before you go, even the workers were walking around dripping sweat. Poor choice from management not even making in effort to help out employees/guests with this issue.

Place is definitely small, but the food is delicious and generously portioned. Great place for some great Italian. During rush hour, service tends to be a bit slower, but nothing unbearable. Overall, a great goto for Italian food!
