Stuff happens, we’re not all perfect. But order was wrong, fries were cold, meat was old, and had to wait almost 10 minutes with no one else in the drive thru. Meanwhile, manager is walking the lot and hopping fences like mike trout and staff is inside telling stories of the good old days. My standards for McDonald’s generally aren’t high enough to waste time on a review but, this is a seriously pathetic operation.

Sometimes I ask myself why do I keep going back and the answer is it’s convenient. They messed up my order and didn’t get one of my sandwiches I paid for. Yes I even checked the receipt and I paid for the missing sandwich. Sweet tea was unsweetened so the drink was terrible. Couldn’t go back because it was not worth the trouble. Hit and miss wether I enjoy going there.

I was served a raw quarter pounder. I don’t mean a little pink inside. I was deliberately served a burger with a little gray on the outside and completely raw inside. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s to my enemies. They’re just trying to make people sick.

April 10th: the odessa McDonald’s is hit or miss as to whether or not you get your entire order or a partial order. Today I ordered a #2 classic quarter pounder meal which I received, BUT, the burger looked thrown together and made the day before ( it was ice cold ).
