This is the first time in over a year I have been here. They just give what’s on hand whether it’s been sitting there all day. Usually it’s just nasty but I tried it again and the food was better. However the size the the pieces are ridiculous and the price you have to pay, outrageous. 8 piece meal was $30 and change. Wasn’t worth the price. It will be another year before I visit again, if then. Sorry.

didn’t really have an experience so i cant truly rate the service. i went for an interview. What i can say is that it was spotless and has a great view of main street and is situated in a great location. From what i seen the buffet wasn’t yet setup and i arrived at 10am but it is quite large.

I have been wanting to speak on this for a while now. If you have any values or morales you would not eat here. I have a dear friend who has been discriminated against since trying to get her job back. To her it is not an issue because she has found another job and does not let racism like this stop her from ultimately bettering herself. The problem is that conversation has been held about her sexual preferences and race being the reason she was not able to get her job back. Even though staright men and women there have been offered there employment back even though they had violated major codes of conduct. They have an employee who is intoxicated and fondles the men, you have an employees who through head phones and left in the middle of a shift. Ultimately they are allowed to come back because they don’t fit inside the higher ups homophobic bias opinions. If you wonder what higher ups I speak about his name is Paul. He is either the area coach or district manager. My name is Donna Walters if you have any sense stay away from kfc.

Ordered my food at 3 said would be don 18 mins after that still waiting 20 mins . Came in to pick up food older gentlemen working in the back looked like he was eating somthing in the kitchen. With no gloves on then continues to make food without gloves on. They said there excuse for being late was it’s Sunday but to me it looked like the whole kitchen was fooling around and not working which could be why my foods not done …..

Tend to go to kfc a few times a month and its always something messed up or forgotten. Today they charge me for the right order but my 4 piece tender meal was legit short a whole entire tender. And asked about popcorn chicken and they only sell large orders.

I went through the drive through yesterday at this location and ordered a bucket of extra crispy. It had been years since I got really good chicken at a KFC, but this location did it right. The chicken was perfectly crispy and you could see the extra breading. It was fried to perfection, the seasonings were right, the chicken was hot and fragrant. Service was friendly and fast. Amazing job Nicholasville KFC! Keep up the good work! It’s quality like this that will keep the brand alive.

This place will never get my business again…. they could only take one order at a time and then everybody did that then when it was done they would take the next order… they were out of everything…. it almost seemed like they were getting rid of inventory so they could close their doors… if that wasn’t the case then they should consider it!!
