I’m from out of town and stop at this restaurant. I placed my order and the cashier refused to let my sister order. My sister was told to move to the side. So I ask for a refund for my order. Because of the way my sister was treated. I still haven’t received my refund. This was last Saturday. I have been call this restaurant and no answer and the voice mail is full. My ticket number was 92. Someone please help.

Trash. Lot of other good philly cheesesteak place. No mushrooms, green peppers in my sandwich. The order is not what you see on the screen. Its awful. Even though the place was opened recently, not one person has a smile, they are rude as hell. This place is doing injustice to charleys phillycheesesteak. I have referenced the picture of my cheesesteak, you can determine the quality yourself. Its like $15 for a regular cheese steak and a drink.

Is I could give them a 0 I would. The beef meat smell bad and it’s cheese wiz they used instead of provolone cheese. False advertisement. They offer free stuff dessert and there scan for the dessert doesn’t work when you get to the store. The app $5off doesn’t work. I placed an order anyway and the food wasn’t good at all. I rather go to American Deli or make my own. Over price for mess. 1st and last time here. I wouldn’t try it again if it was free. I feel sick to my stomach.
