I went in for the Buffet on a Tuesday at 11:30 AM. There was nothing on the Buffet as far as pizza goes that was available. The staff brought out one pizza at a time every 10 minutes. I counted 13 total people in the restaurant at that time. Every time they would put one pizza on the Buffet It would be gone immediately. I had 30 minutes for lunch and had to leave. I had salad and one small slice of pizza. I’m not sure who’s managing this particular location but common sense would say there’s 13 people in the dining area, 12 of which are grown men ….Hmm. maybe one pizza every 10 minutes is not sufficient.

Terrible. If I could give negative stars I would!! Everything ordered was garbage. Attempted pizza sub and trying to pick it up to eat was a disaster. The thing just disintegrated into a gooey cold mess of soggy bread, sauce and toppings. The mozzarella sticks were not crunchy at all they too were a soggy wet mess. The cinnamon pizza was burnt and missing extra icing ordered. The garlic cheese bread was mediocre at best. Contacted them via their website requesting refund will see if they respond. Sad thing is it’s the first time ever trying this place and most likely the last. Do NOT recommend this place at all!!!

Can’t say much. This is the best pizza and wings in Columbus…we came here for our favorite wings and they told us AFTER we ordered that they were out of wings. Prompt refund and out the door we went. So sad.

I’ve been a Massey’s customer for over 40 years. Since moving out of state about 12 years ago, we have ordered it shipped, snuck it in our suitcases on airplanes, driven across the country with pizza packed in ice dozens of times and bragged on the best pizza on earth.

The one time I decide to eat here they messed my pizza up after charging me for toppings that were not put on the pizza. The place was empty and my order was the only 1. Could understand if it was a busy Friday night.

So I did not order food from this location for about 2 years… Until tonight. The food is clearly not what it used to be. My pizza was overcooked and pretty much like chewing on cardboard. Last time I ate here the crust had a perfect crisp on the bottom soft on the inside type consistency. Not to mention the guy at the counter handed me the wrong pizza, only realized because I opened the box and saw it was wrong. He looked so stoned he didn’t even know where he was. Two stars because it was edible, but not good.
