My husband and I waited what felt like forever for this location to open. We finally went today, and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious. The only thing I could complain about is that by the time we left, the line was basically out the door. They seemed to be having a pretty hard time keeping up, but the quality of the food most likely made it okay. A tip I have is to definitely tell them you want the to go plate, because it seemed like you get more that way compared to when you say it is for dining in.

This was my second time at this location. Previously I’ve gone through the drive thru and had a good experience with the customer service and food however today was a different story. I placed an order online for a 7:15 pickup. The food was not ready until 7:40pm. There were other customers waiting for online orders as well. I will give them another shot (maybe it was just a bad/ short staffed day) however it may had been better for me to have gone through drive thru. The reason for placing an online order was so it would be ready!! This was completely unacceptable to me. I did ask for a complimentary egg roll due to the super long wait and they did do that.

It started off really well! But service dropped off a cliff in the last few months. If you place an online order, don’t go by the pick-up time. Add AT LEAST 15 minutes to whatever it says and then plan to still wait for anyone to actually help you when you get there. There is a pickup counter for online orders that isn’t used for some reason. When you arrive, stand by the pickup counter for several minutes while you’re ignored. This place is busy for sure being it just opened here in Covington, Ga. Food was hot and fresh off the grill both times we have been. Staff is friendly but the service is a bit slow and the restaurant could be cleaner with the tables needing to be wiped off. Five stars for the staff keeping up with all the orders and the food was good and hot. We had take out both times.

This was our first visit to Panda Express, it was a weekend, Sunday afternoon. The dining room and food prep area was very clean and orderly. An associate was also tidying up the dining room. I had the Chow Mein Noodles and Orange Chicken bowl with a soda. I was very pleased with the price and the portion size. The food was hot and tasted great.
