The staff are very friendly and apparently need more help. I could of went down the street and eaten lunch at McDonald’s (which I love) and gotten back to pickup my wife who would be still been waiting for our carry out order. It took that long. Again it appears that the guys here need more help.

Went to drive-thru. Person at drive-thru seemed like they didn’t want to be there. I ordered a BBQ sandwich combo. The sandwich was warm, the fries were hard (I felt like I could have chipped a tooth), and the tea didn’t taste fresh ( seemed old). I understand there’s a staffing shortage, but that’s no excuse for poor quality food and poor service.

I’ve been to this location 5 times now, and they are so slow. Most bojangles have food prepared on the front line, it hasn’t been anything prepared the times I’ve been there. The store hours the last visit changed from normal business hours to 7 am – 7 pm for lack of employees, but their service has been poor long before the sign was put up. I imagine there drive thru service is better because that is all they focus on when I’ve come to dine in or carry out food, unfortunately for me it’s difficult to get a trailer through the drive thru.

Stopped by for lunch and the doors were locked due to a lack of workforce, but the drive thru was open. We were the only customers there and person taking my order was rushing me, like they were super busy. I pull up and they were nice but it took about 20 minutes to get our food which was hot but obviously old and the lettuce was nasty and wilted. I love Bojangles, but this one kinda turned me off of them a bit. I hope this isn’t the way they all have gone. The management seems bad. There was a sign visible to anyone in the drive thru that said “Standing around is an sign to be fired” and then something about lazy people. Seems to me like management are the ones being lazy.

Does this location really open at 530am? I’ve been there several times around 6-630am and there’s always at least 3 or 4 cars parked so I know someone is inside. But the door isn’t open and no one replies at the drivethru.If they are short staffed like the reviews indicate, maybe the franchise owner should consider changing their hours.

Girl at drive through window was not nice and was not aware of the order she took less than 1 minute prior to me being at the window. Gave me mashed potatoes when I asked for green beans and no drink. Clueless on customer service!

The food wasn’t like I expected….the chicken supremes weren’t hot, barely even warm, and the biscuit wasn’t cooked completely. The fries weren’t warm either but the tea was good. I really don’t know what else to say about this one.

Poorly managed, under staffed, low associate enthusiasm, and constantly unable to open on time. Recent 7:30am visit, doors locked, drive thru person stated would be opening in 30 minutes. Returned at 8:00am, doors locked, drive thru no answer after sitting there for five minutes. Complete failure on every level of service. This location should be shut down permanently.
