We stopped in for a quick, late dinner on a Friday night. To our surprise, the place was not packed and we got a table near the bar right away. Our server (one of the bartenders) was friendly and attentive. I got boneless wings and my wife got traditional wings, both with the “Mahalo-Que” pineapple BBQ sauce; the sauce was tasty and had a small but pleasant amount of heat. We also tried the Oreo churros, which were phenomenal.

The food was excellent as was the Bartender/Server. Melissa has a great attitude and is attentive to her customers. Food is reasonably priced and portions are plentiful. I plan to visit again as I am glad this location opened up by the house. I used to drive to Franklin to visit Wings Ect.

So we went to the new location in Greenwood for the first time on Tuesday and had a wonderful time. The hostess and the bartender were both professional and fun. We ordered nachos and wings for the whole family except for my son who had made other plans. Since it’s one of his favs, we told him we’d come back so he could have some wings too. That was today after school, we ordered takeout. Walked in and told the host the story that my son was ordering some wings since he missed out the other day. He ordered 10 wings and asked for some fries. The host takes my credit card and runs it. A few minutes later he comes over to us and says. “I have to ring up the fries separate.” I didn’t realize we hadn’t paid for them as the order was $15.78, but okay, here’s my card again. He brings thw receipt back to me and it read $7.85. I immediately questioned, “For a personal order of fries?” He said, “I rang you up for a full order.” He then brings over the bag and it’s a huge order of fries in a container. I said. he’ll never eat that. he just wants an order for himself. It’s just him. After a while looking confused not sure what to do, he asked if I’d like a manager, which I replied “yes please”.

The food and atmosphere were both very praise worthy at this establishment. The cooks and owners should feel pride towards the food they put up and the feel the restaurant holds. But the true best thing about the establishment was the service that was provided. Never have I had service quite as good at an establishment like this. My glass was never empty and everything I needed was quickly provided for by the server. I would go back purely for the great service and the experience that I had.

We loved wings etc when it was in Avon so we were so excited when they opened one in Greenwood. Then we got to talk to Zach who was so memorable we remembered his great personality from when he worked at another bar we frequented. He always has a smile and great conversation and treats you instantly like he’s known you his whole life. come and see him and other great staff!!

I don’t usually write reviews but with the exceptional service I received from Lauren I felt that it would be wrong not too. From the very beginning everything that Lauren did was both sweet as well as highly professional. She didn’t even miss a beat when I spilled my drink and she helped to ease my embarrassment at myself. She amazed me at how well she knew the menu and answered every single question that I had. The food was also exceptional. I’m not usually a Wings Etc. fan but this Greenwood location has really taken a step above all the rest. I look forward to eating there again.

I was very excited to get a Wings Ect. in Greenwood and having this 135 location so close to home has been wonderful to say the least! Every food item I’ve had is great; Burgers, Wraps, Tenderloin, and especially the WINGS! We thoroughly enjoy sitting at the spacious bar with plenty of TVs and cold beer, and we are ecstatic when we’re lucky enough to catch Meghan as the evenings bartender! Keep up the great work Greenwood Team and see you soon!

Was seated in the bar area. There was no wait at all. After 15 minutes after being seated, no one asked for a drink order. The bartender stood there twirling her head around instead of helping customers. . Watched 3 servers at bar talking while others passed us by. My party decided to leave and go somewhere else. The only pleasant people were the hostesses who told us hello and goodbye as we left. Was excited to try this place, but first impressions were not good! Doubt I’ll give them another chance. Very disappointed.

We ordered through Doordash and the food was well below our expectations. I ordered the spicy BBQ traditional wings, and I expected the sauce to be just that….spicy BBQ….but they instead were smothered in hot sauce, and barely drizzled with bbq sauce. The fries were cold and soggy. My GF got the cauliflower wings and those were soggy too. The ranch also tasted like Kraft – how can you be a wing place and not have good ranch?? Very disappointing experience and idk that we’ll be back, unfortunately.
