did a drive thru order, made my bowl into a burrito and didn’t offer to redo it. i didn’t care enough to ask to remake it. get home, give my mom fresh out of surgery her food, and there’s a dead bug in mine. ironically they don’t list their phone number. DO NOT GO HERE!! rude unpleasant and clearly not clean.

This place was a travesty at 9:20; they were out of basic staples – no cheese, corn, fajita vegetables, mild salsa… and they close at 11. I was instructed to place an online order (which totaled 25.00 and asks for a TIP…) I DID THAT, AND RECEIVED A BOWL of meat, cheese and queso. After a long day of serving others, all I wanted was this! I wasn’t offered any kind of credit…just a number to call. I want the girl who lied to receive coaching… this is NOT how you handle customers.

Ordered via the app for pick up. Items were tiny. Bowls were half filled and the burrito was less than 12oz. We called the restaurant and they said “were working on portion size”. I asked to return the food because I was unhappy and they said they wouldn’t take a return and all I could do was call corporate. Will not be going back

are you freaking serious? i order an $11 chipotle meal; and this is what i got? beware if you order through the drive through. they will give you smaller portions because they don’t have to deal with you in person. this is just unacceptable. for as many complaints, i don’t understand how the manager just lets this go all the time.

This used to be my favorite location but they’ve definitely gone downhill within the last few years. Today I waited an extra 10-15 minutes for chicken to be made which I understand, it gets busy so you run out sooner. What’s really annoying is when I finally got to eat my food the rice was hard.. smh chipotle is too expensive nowadays to not be cooked properly. They are also almost always out of chips/toppings. They should take better inventory of their food & ingredients.

Always out of staple items. Employees say manager refuses to order enough food. I don’t understand…you’re Chipotle, you have like a dozen things you need to keep in stock. How is this that hard? Anyway, I recommend Mi Burrito down the street as an alternative with great food and prices.

Had a fly in the lettuce. Hygiene is an issue. Wrong order. Wait time is ridiculously long. Used to be good but not anymore. I think the manager needs to pay attention to get back on track!

My food didn’t taste good. The fajita veggies were very soggy which made the bowl soggy. I could count the pieces of chicken that were given to me. The chips were stale. Since it was take out, I didn’t bring it back because I was home then. I was very disappointed.

Kind of sad to have to say that they will pull you a full spoon full of beans, rice, and chicken and they will turn the spoon to the side and dump part of it off. I asked the worker to just give me a full spoonful of beans and it was like I was taking money out of her own pocket and I was slowing her down. I just wanted what I paying for! Sad
