Skip Sundays, manager forgot to order inventory and was taking out on the customers with piss poor customer service and wrong ETAs on the limited food they had. For making 6 figures as a manager on duty Christina had the worst service. Chuy from the taco stand offers better service.

It’s my 3 time this month mine and my mom’s that get ordered in separate vehicles and they always get our orders wrong. They charge me 2 meals and they just gave me one bowl thank God I saw and they give me the 2nd bowl. My 2nd bowl of Beijing beef it was just the veggies and 2 tinny meets . So basically it was Chawn Main with veggies..my mom order the same but was for extra charge plate

They were sold out of their sizzling shrimp at 2 in the afternoon. I should have been informed when I placed my order, not at the window. I felt bad that I held up the drive thru while I ordered something else. Then, I didn’t get my spring roll. Wasn’t happy when I got home.

This is the second time that they forget the order. My husband ordered the cheese Rangoon and they forgot to put in the bag. It’s not us that have to check if the order is correct. Next time you have to deliver the missing order to our place!!!

Ordered online and they couldn’t fulfill my order because they had no white rice, they didn’t bother calling me ahead of time and just let me show up to the store and when I asked for a refund they told me I would have to contact customer support through the app, the staff were useless and unhelpful. A mistake behalf of the store and they can’t even bother helping.
