This is the first time I ever wrote a review for a business but my last 5xs ordering there has been an issue. I live on 11th and Tasker which is like 6 blocks away. They say within the hour but it takes close to 2 hours every time now. It’s so often that I canceled my order last time. I have not received hot food from this place in my last 5xs ordering they aren’t cheap either. I been paying $30 just to get cold food and throw it out. Then to top it off today I get my food an hour and half later ice cold and my cheesesteak was soaked in Hot sauce cause they just threw Buffalo tenders in the bag on its side. Steak Em up has been my favorite place since they opened but if they can’t get it together then this is absolutely my last time ordering from them.

The stakes are a very good their services is top notch and everything about the customer service is great. The steaks are delicious. The price is not too much but you get more from them. You get a good steak and you get it for a good price and your hair and you remember to take the rest of the week and don’t forget it. It’s all good there.

Nice pizzas, fair priced. Hard working people, getting all the orders out. My pizza was ready within 15 minutes. They also have an open kitchen, all the food was prepared right before my eyes. Really recommend the place. Keep up the good work

Terrible, as a south Philly resident avoid at all cost. Rude people on the phones, spent 45 dollars for a cold cheesesteak and they couldn’t even put bbq sauce on it. There much better food and service in the area it’s not worth it. Milkshake was decent. I don’t even write reviews but this one has me ticked #gobirds

Not very good. Took way to long to order. Employees gathered around counter just talking so was difficult to order. Threw away most of the sandwich. Wife was not able to eat hers either. Not good. Will not return. Over priced for what you get.

Horrible!!! I ordered a large cheesesteak pizza with cheese fries and they served me pizza with burnt american sandwhich cheese SLICES and dry over cooked char pieces of steak! W/ a side order of burnt cheese fries. This isn’t even edible with how hard parts of the pizza/fries are! This is unacceptable! If you want AUTHENTIC cheesesteak pizza please order from Mr.Wings!!! They use actual PIZZA cheese!!!!

Cheese steaks were good. This was the first time I ordered from this place and did a comparison with Oregon around the corner. Definitely more flavor from the steak em up version but 2 different styles also. Will be going back for a second try on their other sandwiches as well.
