Only food place I know of that is slower than the DMV. I just waited 18 minutes to get 2 burgers at the drive through. The employee came out and said her manager asked me to pull forward because I was blocking the window but I couldn’t because the guy in front of me was still waiting for his food as well….tip to the manager: if you put out food faster people won’t be stacked up at your drive through window. Recommend going here if you have a whole bunch of time to waste and love nasty food.

What’s with having to pull forward in the drive through after paying? Is there a drive through timer they are manipulating to make it seem like they’re fast? Because when they bring my food and I notice they forgot an item I paid for I have to get out and go in and let them know I’m missing an item.

We went inside to order and the floors were so sticky its like they let a lollipop drip all over the floor, the tables were sticky also. The lady at the front counter not friendly at all, she had come from the dining area where she was sitting down with some dude. She takes are order then calls out when it was ready like there was a crowd.then goes and sits back down. While we were there the staff was playing music that was louder then what was playing on the speaker. Burgers were messy and the fries were cold. Overpriced for the quality of service. I thinkmif the lady had been friendly and smiled and maybe jokes around about how sticky the floors were it might have been a better experience.

So I went thru the drive thru and ordered a 5 pc French toast dip and a side of sausage. I completed my order but made the mistake of waiting to check my food til I got home. There was 1 French toast stick missing and the 4 that were in the box were old, hard, and cold. So I drive back and asking for some fresh ones. I kid you not they gave me the same ones and added an additional cold one. The weren’t hot or fresh or nothing. Just bad. Normally this isn’t my experience with this Hardee’s but wow that was disrespectful.

Ordered a 3 piece tender meal. It looked like they broke a tender in half to make it 3 and my fries were a mixture of cold curly and regular fries. Last time I came they were out of ketsup and when I asked why … the young lady told me at least we have sauce now we usually don’t have sauce. This place is terrible if management don’t change things I can see this place closing down.

Customer service is a joke. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone finally approached to take my order. The drink station was out of lids, napkins, straws etc. I went back to the counter to ask for a lid for my cup and was ignored for over 15 minutes. I finally gave up and sat down at a table. A staff member brought our food out 20+ minutes later and I was finally able to acquire a lid from her. They are adequately staffed or so it appears they are so I’m not sure why it took so long to get our food. Don’t go here if you’re on a tight schedule with limited time…

Paid 13 bucks today for raw chicken and a half order of barely warm fries. That was after they tried to give me someone else’s order. This is probably 4th time I’ve ate there in a couple months and they’re never busy, always slow, and the food is never satisfactory if it’s even the correct order.

Hardee’s is upping their game to compete with other fast food restaurants, and this particular location is no different amongst similar ones in town. The restaurant was nearly empty inside during my visit, but they seem to had a steady stream of customers through the drive-thru window. My order was up in no time, and the food was freshly prepared while I waited. Taking some cues from the competition they now offer a $5.00 combo meal that in my opinion is an excellent deal.

If it were possible I’d give this place a negative. I’ve never seen a “fast ” food place move so slowly. By the time we got our food, we’d waited 30 min and it was cold. I’ll never go there again. Don’t waste your time going to this place. There are plenty of other places to get food in this town.
