Spent $35.18 and waited 15 minutes for them to take our order and another almost 20 minutes for them to make the food. The Mexican pizza looked thrown together… see pic. We both ordered the new grilled cheese double steak burrito and mine was over loaded with steak and very little rice and no red strips. My hubby’s was loaded with rice barely any steak and no red strips….. see pic. Sad thing is that they weren’t even busy. One family eating inside and no one in the drive thru. We stopped eating here before because of the service and quality of food before. Guess it’s time to stop going here again. And it’s a shame because this Taco Bell is 5 mins from my home and the other one is 15 mins. away.

I order a couple things and a drink had to ask for someone to come from the back so I could pay with cash. not one thing I ordered was right I got a burrito with nothing but lettuce cheese and sour cream I mean come on where the beef people????.. i had other things ordered too and nothing was made right or it was really sloppy. BEST OF ALL I spilled my own drink and was handed a mop when I ask to assistance cause I spilled it . THE MANAGER went in the back handed the boy a mop to give to me to mop the lobby area I accidently spilled my drink in . I mean I need to be on the payroll now… Basically I have never seen such a poor excuse for a manager as I did that night. and I did mop it up only cause I was concerned someone would get hurt . Unlike them cause they never came out to finish it and when we were leaving an hour later the floor was still wet I cleaned up the best I could and the manager and the entire staff minus one was standing out side while the drive thru line was 4 deep. WOW! what service. I went here often and cause they were always pretty good but after tonight I drought I will ever go back, I do not recommend you go there either or if you do check your food , pay with your card not cash to get you food/ order at least acknowledged , and for goodness sake DONT ever spill a drink you will have to clean up after yourself.

Within the last six months this store has hired new management and has done a complete 360 for the best. From the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of the store. Management has stepped up there game and it shows. The employees have been working really hard and work get as a team with blazing speed on making and sending out the food. I have yet to have a problem with my orders being messed up the consistency is on point and the parking lot is brand new looks amazing.

Mobile order was set to pickup in store because they ALWAYS mess it up. I got there and the door was locked. Okay fine, I’ll go through the drive through. They claimed they didn’t have the order even though I had it pulled up on the app and already paid for at this specific location.
