Very friendly staff but she decided to go on a cigarette break when we were given our menus? Seemed like this was a common thing as the locals chuckled and helped themselves to coffee behind the counter.

I’m sure it has its appeal to some, but I did not care for this place. The service was really slow for the quality of food that came out. I ordered a blueberry pancake with 2 eggs over easy. My pancake tasted like it came from a box, and it was blue! The eggs definitely weren’t over easy. I wouldn’t recommend this place or go back. 1 star for taking credit cards.

A very long wait for a nearly empty restaurant for two simple breakfast orders! Requested well done hash browns for self and spouse, they arrived lukewarm with little browning. The eggs were under cooked, and the pancakes must be made from a pre-mix bag. I was hesitant to make a big deal about due to owners (assumed) small kids were helping. I wished I had! Very disappointing meal. We passed up A&W for this!

Horrible experience. First, cafe is next door to the ellsworth creamery, and they ran out of cheese curds. We then ordered breakfast , omelets and pancakes. The omelets were passable, nothing too great. The pancakes however, had raw batter. We notified the server who went to have another made. The second batch was even worse…the server said she watched the cook make it and had it on the griddle as long as she could. It was barely tanned and raw. We were not offered to have it removed from the bill. Server said she was sorry. We said no problem, we just won’t come back.

Sausage and cheese omelet without the cheese and very little burnt sausage. Very dry not fluffy. Eggs way over cooked. Hash brown portions are very small. Not s good experience for us. They blamed the new cook! He’ll of a thing to say about your own restaurant.

The most AWEFUL breakfast ever! We asked for crispy hash browns and they came soggy and cold and over easy eggs were over hard not to mention country fried steak gravy was cold and thick and it took like 25 minutes for eggs toast hash browns and meat – the BEST part of the breakfast was the BURNT toast. I would give it 0 stars if I could

Well where to start… first it was looking at the worst menu I’ve ever seen. Multiple typos and poorly designed. The restaurant is run down. The waitress is slow and doesn’t even know the menu at all. Ordered 2 breakfast meals and got pancakes first. My wife’s was hard and needed to be cut a saw just to try to eat it. Mine was not as hard but close. Got omelets and my wife’s tasted burnt. Her omelet was a ham, pepper and cheese omelet and the cook didn’t know if it had ham in it or on side so you could hear her that she couldn’t understand waitress writing and just did both. I ordered the everything omelet without mushrooms and it was flat like hardly anything in it. It tasted like a big roll of cheese with like nothing. I asked for a side of hash browns and the waitress said they were in it. Well there was not a single piece of hash brown in it or next to it. After eating we went to pay and complained and the waitress brought the cook out and the cook said she couldn’t have done it wrong and argued with us and said she didn’t need our attitude. I asked to just pay so we can leave and she said she was the owner that we don’t have to pay as long as we never go back!! No problem we won’t and I wouldn’t have anyone eat that slop!!! Beware of nasty food if you want to go here and poor service!!!

Absolutely disgusting. Wouldn’t even feed this “food” to my dog. Cheese curds taste frozen, and tasteless. The biscuit and gravy was horrendous. The biscuit was burnt and tasted more like a muffin or something. The gravy was lukewarm at best. Terrible. Only thing that tasted decent was the mountain dew

Horrible food. Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes for food, the first plate fell out of the window, so we had to wait another 10 minutes for it to be made again. Simple breakfast orders. Eggs were way overcooked, bacon was raw. Sourdough toast was 2 tiny end pieces. Waitress never came back around to refill coffee. Way overpriced for terrible food and worse service
