Had to ask 3 different times at the drive thru for bacon to be added to my sandwich. It showed on the screen, the tag on the wrapper, and the receipt for the order that bacon was added. Got charged for bacon. Get my order home, no bacon on my sandwich. Unacceptable. Guess I’ll have to start double checking my orders.

Me and my friend ordered at the kiosk and were told to select a number tent and sit down and that our order would be brought to us. Even so, we listened to the numbers that were called out by the staff, just in case. We heard the number before ours, and the number after ours. When an employee (older woman, straight brown short hair) brought us our food, she kinda slammed it down on our table and snapped at us. “I called your number three times!” We apologized, but more just to be polite than anything. Ordering at the kiosk says that they will bring our food straight to our table, so we shouldn’t have to listen for our number, but even then, we were listening and didn’t hear anything. And we weren’t even sitting in the back in a hard to find spot. We were very close to the front counter. But even if we were in the far back, it’s the employees responsiblity to walk around and find us. It’s not that large of a restaurant. It really ruined my experience because I try my best to be kind and understanding to customer service employees. Maybe she was just having a bad day but I don’t really feel like employees should ever yell at customers. Unfortunately, that is not all. We realized we did not receive cups to go with our meals, so we went to the counter to ask for some. The woman walked past, made eye contact with us, and ignored us. We stood there waiting for cups for a minute or two, before finally deciding to grab them ourselves (it was right behind the counter in an easy to grab spot) and only then did she ask what we wanted. We also had to go back up to get sauces for our nuggets that they forgot to put in, but were helped by a different, much friendlier employee.

Multiple times I have gotten home to find my whole order was not there. No fries with our meal, ask for a plain hamburger but add cheese…. There’s no cheese but get charged for it.

Save your money and spare yourself being ripped off and getting food poisoning. An employee pocketed my neighbors change and refused to give it to her, nothing was done. I’ve had missing items from orders nothing done. Then yesterday I did an order app for breakfast and made it a couple minutes late and they said I couldn’t get which I understand. Asked if they could cancel it and they said yes. They didn’t. Went in the store they said they didn’t deal with it rude af. I’m supposed to be out $7? They offered a double cheeseburger and small fry to make it up they gave me the wrong food and burnt fries they were blackish brown and disgusting. I threw it away. I contacted corporate. Freaking awful can’t stress this enough. There’s not a lot of other options in town but Kwik trip is better then this place. Good grief. I’ll never go back it’s been multiple instances I let go because they never do anything anyways. They lost a customer. Guess they’ll find out what happens when no one goes there anymore and they don’t have jobs anymore

The place was very clean I will give that, but once I heard about the discrimination against someone wishing to be called by their preferred pronouns I was shook. I’m not too sure who this Jason guy is, thinking like some 69yr old? moving on why is he being so sensitive? Why are words on a name tag like making you so mad to the point you send your employee home…. like i’m dead as$ laughing so hard about it.

The only mcdonalds I go to. Very rarely do they get my order wrong and staff are always very friendly. Other mcdonalds seem to never get my order right but this one is exceptional.

Very clean organized Mac dons. Nice and warm in here today even though snowing outside. They took away the iced tea but they have Powerade. Tables and benches a plenty. A big plus for me was that their tv’s were tuned to Fox News, rather than some lame narrative driven channel that nobody watches. Bathroom was clean but no paper towels.
