Stay far away from this sonic. Yes all restaurants are having staffing issues. Waited 20 minutes at least for sour old tea, hard overcooked left sitting out hamburger. Bun was hard, meat was hard. Grilled cheese cold and not cooked. You couldn’t get me to eat this food on a bet. Sorry I paid for it. I sure won’t eat it. Wont go back.

This girl Leana(I apologize if I butchered you’re name) came out and saw me and took my order. She was very calm and apologized for the wait. She was great overall. She said it was just her and the manager and they just finished these big online orders. I appreciate all of her effort.

Drive thru was broken. I had to order a milk shake at the window. Waited forever. When I got my milk shakes it was just ice cream and Reese’s they didn’t even blend it! I paid $12 for vanilla ice cream! And this is the 2nd time they’ve done this but I assumed it was an off day for them and went back. My mistake.

Have had it with this place. Last 4-5 times, burgers served as ordered. Today ordered mayo, ketchup (neither on it), no pickle (5 on it), tomato was thin as paper and soggy, 3 or 4 pieces tiny diced onion (never tasted at all). I ordered large tater tots, but frozen in middle nasty Fry’s in the bag this order was x2, both served incorrectly as ordered. Been out of onion rings over 6 months or more, but still on menu boards. Please close this business and open something better!! Or buy employees some hearing aids and brains. Food andor rules less than desirable. Will never agadrive into parking lot or order a packet of salt… They would deliver an empty pack of pepper!!

It’s a shame, as you know many places don’t do lunch and breakfast all day. But sonic does and that’s fabulous considering I’m a mom of five. And many toddlers survive on air and fries. So sonic is my go to when we DO eat fast food which isn’t often. But this morning was a morning I got to sonic at almost 8:30 and I was told that I can not order anything fried because the fryers weren’t up to temp. I’m not illiterate. I’ve managed fast food before the fryers would be up to temp had employees been at work on time but I was made to feel like I was the problem for questioning why I can’t order fried food at sonic. Please , employers encourage your employees to do their job. I wasn’t offered any type of compensation for my time or anything. It was I had to wait basically until 9am to get any type of food.

Possibly the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. The last three visits have all been bad experiences so it’s safe to say we won’t be back. Was told one evening they weren’t taking any more orders well before closing time (1 hr+), another time we just ordered drinks and none of them tasted good, and this last time they didn’t have coffee, nor was their fryer up to temp 30 min past opening time.

I would like to preface that the employees there are very kind, and I’m well aware that there’s a staffing issue. Unfortunately, my order was very incomplete. I ordered an Oreo Chocolate Mastershake as well as a chocolate milkshake. The chocolate milkshake was okay. However, as pictured, the Oreo Chocolate Mastershake wasn’t mixed and doesn’t contain any chocolate. That’s a serious bummer because I’ve been craving it BIG time. I’d like to give the benefit of the doubt for a next time, but I paid $10 overall and I’m really disappointed. I hope there’s a way I can have a fix to this.

I have gone to this location 3 time already (ordering ahead) and on average I seem to wait around 30mins during low store traffic hours. On my 4th visit I tried ordering 25mins ahead and I still ended up waiting 10mins with the wrong drink size being given to me. Location overall misses more time than hits. In general you will save time driving to a different location even if that means driving 10miles (via highway) in the wrong direction of your final destination.
