If I could give a negative star I would! I ordered 2 slices and a meatball parm with pepperoni. Both slices were cold and hard,the meatballs were sliced in half with little to no sauce. I called 3 times and the rude female who answered the phone couldn’t be bothered to have the manager reach out to fix this. Nor did he ever call back. That’s fine though because this 30.00 dollars I spent with this establishment will MOST DEFINITELY BE THE LAST!!!

1st time trying this establishment. Ordered delivery. Friendly driver however he didn’t come to the door. Had to come out to the vehicle to grab my order and paid for a 20% tip at time of checkout. Mozzarella sticks were soggy. Maybe because they came served on a bed of lettuce. Certainly not crispy as advertised. White pizza with broccoli was what we ordered. Pizza wasn’t bad..flavor was good. Crispy as well. Only thing that we didn’t like was the broccoli was not fresh..maybe frozen not sure but it wasn’t fresh at at all.

The pizza here actually tastes good. I’ve been going here since 2009. I’ve tried basically every pizza place in Newburgh and Lucas is the best. I don’t understand the low ratings when there are hazards like “The Pizza Shop” that exists. At Lucas, The marinara is so robust and the crust is FRESH, crisp, and airy on the inside. It’s FRESH pizza and tastes authentic. Try their gourmet pizzas. Their margherita pizza is the best I’ve had.

Luca pizza is one of the best Italian cuisine I’ve had in a while. It was hard to find a good pizzeria in Orange County for a while so when I found them I knew I hit the jackpot and since having their delicious pizza I’ve ordered some of their Italian dishes and have been blown away by how good it’s been. Not to mention how friendly the staff has always been! Super helpful and sweet which makes my experience 10x better. Would recommend them to anyone for sure.

Terrible customer service. I was told 20-30 minutes and the Pizza took well over an hour to arrive. The pizza was cold by the time it got here. The delivery guy was rude and inconsiderate. I had to call 3 separate times to find out when my pizza would arrive and the employee on the other end was extremely unprofessional. If I could rate 0/5 stars I would. Never again will I order from this establishment.
