This was my first time trying fresh valley, and I loved it! The chicken basil panini was fantastic and the fresh watermelon water was incredibly refreshing. My family tried a little of everything, from the avocado toast, a quinoa bowl, a smoothie bowl, and a smoothie, and we were all impressed with our food!

Second time at Fresh Valley- servers are quick and knowledgeable. Love that you’re able to sample some of the drinks and food to ensure it’s what you like! Great portions as well! The Pineapple and Jaimaca fresh waters are so delish!

This is my first time here and I have to say that I have found a new favorite fresh lunch place. I had the Chicken Parmesan panini and a Caesar salad, along with a Pineapple Fresh water to drink. The customer service was exemplary and food was perfect. I loved it all, but the Fresh Water was so refreshing. Just a bit more pricey than fast food, but it’s fresh food and the dining area very relaxing. I will be back more often. I HIGHLY recommend to everyone and it’s here in Silo Square in Southaven, MS.
