I wouldn’t call this FIVE STAR dinning, but there was nothing wrong. Food and service were great for a reasonable price. This store is always clean. Easy to get to from Ritchie Hwy, parking is easy with a short walk to the front door.

I had just finished a 12 hour shift from work. I was tired, exhausted and so hungry because I had very few opportunities to eat during the day and hadn’t actually had a meal yet. Beyond that my husband decided to wait for me to eat dinner because he knows I work by Five Guys and figured I could pick it up on the way home. Well work went longer than I planned and I looked at my clock and it was 9:50 PM, Five Guys closes in 10 minutes. I got in my car, drove over there, and walked in the doors at 9:55 PM. I know, I was that customer. You know the one that shows up right before you’re supposed to close and asked for help. I have experienced them before and I felt terrible that I was the one showing up right before they closed. I walked up to the cash register and asked him if it was possible for me to still order food, and they smiled and said absolutely. They acted like it was no problem. They treated me as if I had shown up in the middle of the day to order food. They made us food. It was absolutely delicious but more importantly, they made my night by being so kind and showing such great customer service and taking care of me and my long day. I appreciate their willingness to make me dinner late at night, right before they closed without a complaint and with a smile on their faces, making the feel welcome in their business. This is by far my favorite Five Guys.

This is my 1st time going to this location. It was very busy but the employees were all friendly and despite the large amount of customers coming in, I think they worked extremely well and efficiently as a team. My burger and fries were fresh, hot and tasted very good!!!

I love this location, I got a bacon burger, large fry and a fountain drink. I went here on Christmas Eve to get out of the house, very welcoming staff, very clean location and fresh fresh hot food! Their fries are to die for and those freestyle coke machines are the best, it’s always fun to mix it up. If you’re going to Five Guys, why not go to this location?

Hopefully the family I knew in VA who started the business sold it. Five Guys is now the worst…. high prices, low grade meat and cold fries. I hope the family sold out and got its monies worth. We will never, never return!!!
