This store is not equipped to handle crowds. The waits are approaching 15-20 minutes when the restaurant is slow, and thats entirely too long for chicken nuggets and fries, as good as it may be. The stand alone store less than a mile away is much better equipped for crowds and the wait time is half of this store.

Very friendly food was cooked right first time ever eating at chick FIL A my kids even loved it, definitely going back normally I would complain because my food would be overcooked my food was nice and hot. Only complaint I have is if customers would clean up after themselves and not make a mess with napkins leaving them everywhere I get it’s fastfood they are not your maid like have a little respect help them out by throwing trash away cleaning up after yourself.

We always enjoy Chick-fil-A when we get a chance. This one is in a mall, so the atmosphere grade relates to the limitations of being in a mall. We experienced one issue with our order, but the staff cheerfully made necessary adjustments.

Kentucky Oaks Mall location: Decent, BUT waffle fries are usually not full. Last few times I’ve ordered them they’ve been less than half full and even my friend said I got cheated. I’ve pointed it out before and they give me what I paid for but I should’t have to every time. Attachment.
