The food’s actually pretty bad compared to other courses in Pueblo. It’s okay enough to eat wash it down and lift your favorite beer but it is not a place I would actually go to my way to eat. Wait staff is always really nice and friendly and atmosphere is actually pretty good as well lot of older golfers sharing stories

It’s hard to find a bad slopper in Pueblo, and there is nothing wrong with the one at AJ’s. The green chili was quite good. The Philly cheesesteak was just okay, but that’s because it was ordered with turkey instead of beef.

Food was excellent. Had the glazed Salmon, and I fell in love with Salmon again. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Will definitely be making a return trip.

I had not been there for quite a while. The Goat Hiller was still top notch. Katelyn was a very good server. Way more attentive than previous experiences over the years. They have also expanded their tap beer selections. Overall a very nice experience.

Love the food! The atmosphere is great as well. Our daughter left a small toy and the staff remembered us and brought the toy over to her! So far everything on the menu has been great. Love the Italian sausage sandwich.

This place is perfect to grab a drink and watch the sun set over the golf course on the outside deck. Drinks are cheap and they have a decent bar. I’ve eaten here a couple times for dinner and haven’t been wowed. The food is fine but not great and the service is fairly slow. But I hear they do a mean brunch! Will have to try sometime.

We live eating here every time we are in Pueblo…even if we haven’t been golfing! The fried spaghetti is excellent and the atmosphere and service is great! Very reasonably priced menu items!

This place is a hidden gem. Not only do they have one of the few outdoor, covered dining patios in Pueblo, but the location offers a unique view. You can see most of the City of Pueblo, as well as Pike’s Peak and the Wet Mountains. Service was excellent and cheerful. We split a roast beef goat hiller with a side of onion rings and draft beer. It was apparent that the food was made to order and absolutely fresh. The hiller was killer and the rings perfect. We will be back. This place is highly recommended. AJ was on site too.
