My Pizza that went into the trash because the driver (who was new) left it out with the neighbors cat on my porch. Didn’t ring the bell or knock on the door (like they always do). I love their pizza but unwilling to make a wrong right, lost my service completely. The manager “couldn’t” talk because she lost her voice made the decision not to replace my pizza because for the past 6 months there have been instructions for leaving it that were never used. Thanks for feeding the neighborhood cat!!

Walked into the store and a woman named Crystal was working. She was the nicest woman I have ever dealt with in the store. She was very patient with me and was swamped with orders and short staffed, but still was very polite and made sure that my order was hot and correct I highly recommend, the searcy store.

Absolutely worst pizza I have ever order from the Searcy location. I ordered chicken Alfredo hand tossed and when I got home the was no cheese on my pizza. I called the store to ask what happened. And the young girl informed me that the Alfredo goes on top of everything. When I picked up a slice all the toppings slid off. When I told her I order this exact pizza at least once a week and it has never been made like this. She informed me that everybody else has been making it wrong and that she is correct. And then hung up on me.

Pizza was great people were great but they wouldn’t give me Parmesan and I asked for dipping sauce and they told me they didnt have any of any flavor but the sign clearly said we have new dipping sauce.

The pizzas are usually great here but today was not so good. Something was wrong with my pizza it tasted rancid. I ordered ham and pineapple and I smelled the pineapple and it smelled bad. I called the store and talked to a lady who is new and she said yeah they’d check it out. And then my husband’s Pizza had nothing on it. Literally one piece of sausage per slice. I get it’s difficult when you have new people but consistency is everything. Hope they can do a better job training. And throw out that rotten pineapple.

Placed an online order. Waited 1 hour. Delivery driver dropped off the wrong food. Store said they couldn’t contact their driver and that they would remake the food and have it delivered again. I asked for an ETA because I’m at work and I work on an ambulance — they said they had no clue how long it would be.

Almost every time we order the bread, they overcook it to the point of the cheese being cooked out of it. It’s always tasty, but still. Pizza is usually good, but toppings are never evenly portioned. Service is always friendly.
