Read great reviews and decided to give MacSantaFe a try. I ordered the Santa Fe mac & cheese with a garlic bread side. Everything was great, just the right amount of green chili and the medium size was plenty for me. To top it off Briana behind the counter was super friendly and full of great conversation – to the owner: she’s a keeper! Thanks so much for a great lunch!

Great hidden gem inside a small indoor shopping center! The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Probably the best place to get Mac and Cheese in the entire Southwest. Nowhere in Albuquerque can come close to the atmosphere and flavor this place had.

Great little place for interesting sandwich and macaroni bowls I had the Hawaiian sandwich with the Tomato bisque the sandwich was large enough for 2 people to share and was delicious loved the bisque reminded me of the Tomato Bisque I had once at the Medevil Times Restaurant in Chicago. They serve a banana as well as a pineapple split but we were all to full share one. Resturant Prices in the Old Plaza downtown are pretty high and the food mostly runs gourmet dishes. This was easy on the pocket and more suited towards my taste in food but there plenty of choices for sure. RIGHT ACROSS the street is a public restroom and information booth. THE BATHROOMS WERE SPOTLESS. We noticed that alot of the market buildings don’t have public restrooms there for employees only. So it’s a good idea to get one of the free maps to show you where there at. ALSO we paid $20 to park in a private lot all day they didn’t have the price out in the open right across the way was a public pay parking building that was $12 all day. Parking on the street is metered pay parking with 2hrs maximum. If you want to spend the day walking around to all the shops and sites all day rate is the best there’s alot to see.

WOW. This has gotta be the best Mac n cheese I’ve ever eaten. Just sumptuous. I got the Mojo and it had a healthy kick, with abundant but not excessive meat, very well-proportioned. And with the quality and quantity at a fair price point, this is one of the best value meals you’ll find in Santa Fe. Big fan

Excellent mac and cheese I tried the mojo had a little bit of kick and the chorizo flavor was rich but not over powering. The grilled cheese was also good and the bacon was awesome, it added a smoky crunch. the staff was nice and attentive. we waited about 30 minutes to get our food but it came out hot and fresh.

Didn’t get any pics of the food because it was so good! What a deal! 1lb of mac and cheese is about $7, depending on the type and you’ll probably have leftovers that reheat great in the oven. These guys really know how to make a bechamel right! Velvety and good flavor and plenty of cheesyness. Can’t wait to go back

This is an amazing restaurant. They do macaroni and cheese, both traditional and with added attractions. We shared the pumpkin mac&cheese, the shrimp scampi mac&cheese, and the mushroom and truffle mac&cheese. All three were outstanding. These were the best mac&cheese dishes that any of us have ever tasted.

THE FOOD IS AMAZING! I got a grilled cheese with tomato soup and the soup was perfectly warm and the grilled cheese was nice and golden crispy. Theo the owner was all by himself serving cooking and taking orders and still managed to be friendly to everyone who came into the restaurant!
