Always loved Marco’s , the Troy location..awesome. This location is far from awesome . Ordered over 2 hours in advance, they still managed to start the pizza when I arrived for pick up. Order was completely wrong. Why is the app for this store totally different? Lost my rewards. Screw this Marcos.

Horrible app and coupons don’t show up! My local store recently switched to the new marcos website or app ordering. So bad that I am officially done with marcos! We will be ordering from another pizza place. We are customers who order about 8 to 12 times per month! Who changes a fast and functional ordering system to this Hot Mess!

0 Stars. Food I received was cold, burnt and the didn’t even have correct portion. Called they were refunding money. It is Jan 28th still have not received refund from Dec 14. Called 4x. First time store manager forgot, second time shift manager was going to have store manager take care of it, 3rd time the manager still didn’t know what was happening and will have to check with corporate, 4x corporate still was not contacted. Store manager gave me her # to call and give her update. Contacted her 2x and still no refund. Picture below is of a TRIPLE meat ball bake.(with 6 meatballs and 2 half meatballs) biggest thing anyone can do is follow thru on what they say the will do and this particular store has no professionals working their would love for someone over this store to contact me but I know that won’t happen.

A pizza bowl is a great idea, but the execution of it lacks at this store.. I ordered a deluxe Pizza bowl and got a lot of sauce a lot of sausage undercooked meat unmelted cheese and a mess because they can’t even bother to put a lid on the thing … It’s put in a pizza box uncovered
