I am not one to complain but this is worth complaining about.. this is absolutely unacceptable and unsafe. After waiting close to 30 minutes in the drive thru, you’d think our food would have at least been cooked all the way through. We got a full refund but that is just not enough.. now we wait to see whether or not we get salmonella poisoning.

Normally wouldn’t write this review, but this place is bad. Walked in and the line was like 5 deep, not bad at a fast food place, but here that could be 30 minute wait. Then they’ll likely mess up your order, check it before you leave the counter. They mess up our order and a couple more while we were there. Then they didn’t combo my nuggets order, didn’t confirm, just sold me the 10 nuggets. Whatever, but went to order a soda and waited another 5 minutes behind a lady who wasn’t being served before giving up. A very frustrating customer service experience!

Horrible experience. We walked in place was dirty trash on floor and only 2 clean tables. The trash were full. Since we were tired we decided to eat there. But then regretted it. Employees started yelling at each other making a scene of an argument on front of customers. Two families walked out due to that. The place and area is very nice but the employees are here just to be there no customer service or cleanliness. Managers should consider reviewing there employees.

Just left this Wendy’s. The app, Google (updated by the business 4 weeks ago), and information on the physical building says the location closes at midnight. We placed a mobile order at 11 pm. Waited for the employees to answer the drive through but no one came. After waiting for 40 minutes (we were hungry and determined), we saw a car place and receive an order by going to the window. When we were next they told us they were closed. After explaining how long we waited and that we already had a mobile order that was paid for she told us they close at 11. After asking why everything says midnight she slapped the sign and said we don’t go off of this. Terrible experience. Do not go if it is dark outside because they will probably be closed

Went thro DT. Pretty fast service. I got Chocolate Frosty. My husband wanted Vanilla, but wasnt available so he got Strawberry. Very good and thick and tasty. Guy in the order window was very attentive and friendly. Nice visit.

All of the tables were piled up in a corner leaving only 1 booth and stools with no backing. Looked like they didn’t want people to dine in. Got a taco salad but didn’t give me salsa or chips so I have to get back in line to ask for them.

I’m pretty sure they burned this place down on purpose the first time. Lol service is terrible and it’s obvious that everybody hates their job. No one is paying attention to anything because everybody is playing on their phone. I honestly don’t think anyone is in charge. New management and staff could do this Wendy’s some good. If not shut it down and turn it into a Chipotle. Lol We don’t have one. Thanks!

They got both my friend and I’s order wrong. Like horribly wrong and took forever. Seats were also incredibly sticky just dirty and the workers were yelling to eachother where I couldn’t even talk.
