The food was great but the guy who brought us our food was not friendly at all. Also not the best place to eat in if you have a family of more than 4. Elevate the experience with more space and friendly staff and you’ll have a real hit!

My wife and I ordered a Lancaster style Stromboli that included mustard, we are familiar with Stromboli‘s having mustard in them for flavoring, this was ridiculous! There was so much mustard in the Stromboli, it was actually yellow! We called from home to see if there was any way we could resolve anything, but to no avail. We will definitely not be recommending this Carusos!

Got a cheesesteak and there’s a bone ! I ate almost the whole cheesesteak n then bit the bone hidden in it n it dented my tooth n cracked it it’s small but did a lot of damage.. I never had this happen I love there cheesesteaks but now I’m scared to eat here again

I really liked this place in the past. Ordered medium veggie pizza with extra veggies. Went to pick up, she gave me bill for 52$. Regular pizza is 17 $or so. She charged me 4.5$ for each veggie. I would have appreciated if , she had told me on phone about extra price .went to pick up, asked about price, she said- if you don’t want it. Horrible experience. Not going to buy medium veggie pizza on 52&. I wish someone from management look into thos.
