My experience was what kind of food they’re sending out the door. I live in Royal Oaks and when my partner said to me how her salad was soaked, I knew right then we were screwed. Even after I give A $5 tip they sent me out the door with awful food. $51.96 for nothing!!!

Traveled to Watsonville due to work. Stopped at the Habit in town to grab a bite. The staff were super friendly! Great customer service. First thing I noticed is how clean and well kept the restaurant is, like wow! It’s been a while since I’ve seen a restaurant THIS clean and organized! Great work and thank you!

My husband has been to Habit several times. I was working nearby so decided to eat there. I used the kiosk to order and decided to eat there. After waiting a while my order hadn’t come out. A person who ordered at the same time was still waiting. I saw a staff member lock the door. I finally found out that the order system was down and they were filling orders the old fashion way… by tickets. I went up to the counter and told her that I would now like my order to go since I didn’t have enough time. She took care of it. Burger was good but they forgot the garlic sauce for the fries.

Atrocious customer service. Staff act as if you they’re doing you a favor by letting you order. Cashier was bent over her phone with her back facing waiting customers. As I was leaving, another customer was standing on front of the register being ignored by the staff, while the cashier was laughing on the phone on the back wall of the restaurant.

I went here not that long ago. My burger was still pink. I had to clean my own table. Not too mention my fries were very crunchy and super salty. It wasn’t that busy when I went in either. They told me that when the buzzer goes off that means my food is ready. When the buzzer went off I went to go get my food and I noticed my milkshake wasn’t there. I asked them about my milkshake and the girl rolled her eyes at me and didn’t even respond to me. I didn’t want to cause a scene or anything. But I’m very disappointed it was my first time ever going to the habit and I wasn’t expecting this.
