This place is close to my home so I reluctantly go there because I have points on the app from work. EVERY TIME something happens. The final last two times. I picked up my daughter from work and took her. As I was in the drive through I joked with her that something is always messed up when I come here. I ordered and paid for a large coke amoung other items. The girl at the drive through hands me a medium and say we are out of large cups and expects me to just drive off. Took a manager to resolve it. The next time I waited 40 minutes (no exaggeration) in the drive through line for a mobile order 10 of which were at the pick up window. They then come out and say hey we are just starting your order. I told them to cancel it and drove off. I’ve finally given up and will not go back. For this excellent service the cost of a regular cheeseburger is 50 cents more than the one I go to

Went to drive through waited approximately 1minute. No one responded. So I drove around to go inside to ask the employee (Joseph), if the drive through speaker was working. He IMMEDIATELY raised his voice and told me I waited 2.3 seconds before driving off and that it’s all on camera. I ask him to show it to me and that I waited more like a minute+. He actually argued with me. I backed off and said I was not going to let him set me off. He continued with his trying to be elevated voice and trying to bark out commands.

This doesn’t deserve anything. They always mess up my family’s order. The employees always have a rude attitude. They should check once a while how their customers are getting treated. I mean the food is good but service is HORRIBLE I recommend going to another Burger King definitely not this one!!

I first went to the drive through for what I thought would be faster service. It took too long to get to the microphone to place my order. So I parked and went inside thinking it would be faster. Boy was I wrong. There were only 3 people in line, and maybe 2 cars in the drive through. Not only was I not approached to see what I wanted, the person who was in front of me left, and then I left because I couldn’t take it anymore. I can see if they were busy, but they weren’t. The people that were there just hid in the back, and they were very unprofessional. It seemed like they didn’t care. I will NEVER go back to this place again. Total trash! By the way, this was around 4pm today.

Consistently the worst fast food experience. Cold food or the wrong order/incorrect items EVERY-TIME. Average order takes 15-20 mins drive thru or walk in, and it’s always dirty. Save yourself the trouble don’t go. The owner clearly does not care about this business.

Instead of listening to you at the window when you want to request condiments for your mobile order they insist you pull forward. Why? Because they want to game the system and tell it they delivered your food. When in fact they are slow and don’t care. Had to go inside to pick up my order since they were slow.

It’s a very clear Burger King and I’ve never had any issues anytime I have been there. The staff is friendly and they always get my order correct. If you’re in the mood for some Burger King then this is the place to go. They have a large seating area however there isn’t a kids play section at this location. It’s an easy on/off if you are traveling on interstate 95. There’s also a gas station and liquor store next to this location as well as a Subway and other stores.

Saw that they did “not” have any customers (not any), so thought it would be easy to get a meal real fast on my way to work. Pulled up to the drive thru and waited…..and waited…..and….finally left. Now I know why they didn’t have any customer!

This is a terrible excuse for a food establishment. Poor cold food,looked like it was run over by truck. Very bad attitudes from all employees. Very dirty rest rooms and dining area….never again will I ever consider this place as a place to eat.

Just don’t. seriously by the time they take your order and finally get it you, you could have ran to Walmart in rush hour traffic bought the items and grilled it. And it’s inevitable they ALWAYS screw up your order even when ordering menu items as is.
