Excellent visit. As always, Chick-fil-A employees were on point. Plenty of friendly people to help keep the customers moving. Walked into a line, which moved rapidly, to order in about 45 sec. Sat down while food was prepared and delivered to our table in less than 2 minutes. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Even had employees come by and check on us to see if we needed refills, sauces etc. Chick-fil-A is the blueprint, yet no other business seems willing to follow. It’s very nice to know, that no matter were you are on the road, if you see a sign for a Chick-fil-A, you are not far from a warm smile and a good meal.

This is like any other Chick-fil-A restaurant, same food. I drove up and ordered in the drive thru lane, the girl was nice and took my order. I received my meal and the fries was soggy, not crisp. When I got home I opened my sandwich and I said where’s the chicken!! The piece of fried chicken was so small I thought it was slightly bigger than a nugget and ordered 4 sandwiches all the sandwiches was the same way. After seeing what I got for the price I paid $60 we could have ate at a steakhouse with sides drinks and a tip for the price I was charged.

Bad experience and customer service. Waited in drive thru line with my kids for 20 minutes before getting to speak with someone and when I did, I was notified that we were not able to order breakfast at 10:33am, even through we had been waiting. Fine. We decided to go somewhere else even through we had been waiting but we could not get out of line because the second lane was blocked off. When we got to the window, I shared our experience with staff and got a quick “sorry” before they walked to the customer behind us. In total, we were in the drive thru 35 minutes. Not great Chick-fil-a.

15 min drive home from ordering my food and didn’t feel like going back to return food. My chicken nuggets were dry and fried too long and very dark with a burnt taste. Didnt even taste right. Come on chick fil a this isnt how you are suppose to be!!

There this morning,drive thru, ordered 2 diet cokes, got dr pepper, girl who took order multi tasking with girl in other row. Repeated diet coke 4 times. Very disappointing !!!!
