Excellent hot fries, Big Mac was fresh and hot and Filet -o- Fish was freshly made too! They give you a table number and bring everything to your table, including napkins and free water with ice and in a plastic cup with a top. Right across from the bay, Will be back

I have to say this is hands down the best location in TC. Every time I come here they are professional repeat back the order everything is always correct. Today I went through and ordered ahead on the mobile app (has the best coupons!) and selected to pick up through the drive through. It was simple and they ended up not being able to add the espresso shot to my coffee because the espresso maker was not working. Initially I was upset but the manager made it a point to apologize repeatedly and then she gave me the option to get the money back or have a cookie! I chose the cookie! She handed it to me and continued to apologize! The cookie was fresh warm and gooey!

I went to this McDonald’s for breakfast and ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, the manager informed me it was unavailable by yelling “whoever ordered the smoothie, you we can’t make it.” That’s fine, machines break. So I walked to the counter to ask what I could do since I paid extra for the smoothie. The manager very rudly said “you must not have heard me, we can’t make it.” Then she walked away. She began helping another group, handed them their cups and yelled “I was just trying to get you your drinks.” Then I asked again, “what can I do instead?” She rolled her eyes and was extremely rude when listing my options. I was very unimpressed with the service at this McDonald’s. I’ve never been treated so poorly for something I couldn’t control.

Worst McDonald’s in the area. Lines are super long. Food is always stale and cold. Never get drinks right. NEVER put sauce in bag. Beware check your bag for your food!!!!! They will forget it!!! Even if you ask if it’s in the bag they always say yes and it NEVER is! They are worthless!!!!!

I ordered a big Mac with a coupon, they charged me $11, even though the coupon said $5.99. then my big Mac came with this in it. You’re guess is as good as mine. I had to talk to a person ( not even the manger would talk to me ) at the window in 28 degree weather… They laughed and just gave me another big Mac. They are Lucky I didn’t eat…
