I love the home of all the beefs. Arby’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurant’s. They have a diverse menu and everything from the curly fries to there fish sandwich! My to go is the beef and cheddar sandwich which u can go wrong with two for 7$. I hope this helps!

Your fish is not worth the price. Small potions that look nothing like the commercial. The curly fries, few as they were, must have been cooked the day before. I didn’t order a kids meal, but that was most definitely for a very young child and not an adult. If you going to sell something, at least make it similar to the commercial and you picture online and in the store.

Customer service goes a long way. The drive thru attendant on 7/27 @5:08pm cst was EXTREMELY rude. I will not be back and will discourage friends and family from coming to this Arby’s. Also had to park to get food. Asked the lady for a receipt and she didn’t say anything. Just walked off. As someone in customer service role this is UNEXCEPTABLE!

Ordered 2 regular roast beef sandwiches. Nothing complicated. Asked me to pull up to a parking place and wait. How hard could it possibly be to put a little meat on a bun? Must be pretty challenging because it took 10 minutes to do so .

08-09-23 I really couldn’t tell you how good the food was because I was to much of a inconvenience to whoever worked at this location on the drive threw microphone. They Smacked there lips and cuss when I drive away because I ask them to change the freaking bun out with no onions on the bun for my wife which we are over at flower with our 2 week old baby in NICU it really shows “yalls” true colors on how your employees acted tonight, IGNORANCE. If that was me acting and talking any such way i would be fired and im going to do my best to take that emploeyes job. Iknowwhatyoudrive I’ll take my hard earn money next door to sonic which let me say was my best experience In fast food I’d recommend yall to go a little further and go to the sonic 5 buildings down.

We attempted to order the from the drive thru but the lady working was trying to rush us. There was No cars in the parking lot nor anyone behind us. She had a nasty attitude and was being snarky and snappy. She was very rude and it was uncalled for. We drove away because at the end of the day attitude is the last thing you want to hear from someone while giving their place of employment your hard earned money. I can see why no one was there. I hope whomever owns this franchise has a talk with the girl working the drive thru tonight about how you speak to people. Will not be back for the night shift crew.

This was a horrible experience! The food took forever when we finally received our food no receipt so I asked for one I was told they were out of receipt paper a the employee just walked back inside and left us sit there. When we got home the food had a hair in it. No sauce packets either we won’t be back $41 order in the trash it’s a shame super upset!

I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch Market Fresh sandwich, which I made a large combo. I couldn’t finish the sandwich. It was completely covered in ranch dressing and falling a part, and the fries were lukewarm. I spent $10 plus dollars on a meal that I ended up just throwing away.

On my way home from a long day at the hospital with my mom who is not doing well at all. I stopped at Arby’s to get food to take home. These two black girls were very rude and smart a** to me and so disrespectful. Even after I told them what I was going through they didn’t care. I will never go to the Arby’s down from Flowers Hospital if I ever go back to Arby’s at all.

Tried to dine in around 6:30pm on a Thursday. We were the only people inside the store, the few employees they had working didn’t even acknowledge our presence and after waiting about 10 mins at the register we just walked out. Horrible customer service.
