Birria tacos only on Sundays is a bummer but definitely worth the wait. Plenty of consomé for dipping. Much better carry out container than the styrofoam plate with foil on top you get a lot of places. Only downside is having to take it to go.

I had a birria tacos for the first time in Puerto Rico last spring. When I returned, I looked for places that served them. I found a place that was a almost an hour away from me. On this particular occasion, I wasn’t even looking and I found a place that was so much closer. They only served birria tacos on Sundays and it just so happened to be a Sunday. #winning

Best tacos around – consistently delicious. We always stop here when in the area. Today barbacoa and carnitas and maybe the best refried black beans I’ve ever had. YUM!

The birria pizza is one of the most delicious meals I’ve had in a long time! We order on our drive there and pick it up hot and ready to eat within 10 minutes. Soooo good!

Best Mexican food in the area and I went to college in Southern California so I’m pretty picky.

Unfortunately, these are not authentic. I ordered the birria tacos and they did not have oaxacan cheese. I was excited for these tacos since they only sell them on Sundays but it was not worth the wait. I was home once I noticed that they were without the cheese, which caused the taco to be very dry. The meat was also, very chewy, over cooked. They have a very diverse group of clients, given their location in Annapolis. I would hope that they improve in time.

Stopped at the BP for gas but the amazing smell coming from the truck had my mouth watering! So I asked The guys inside what they thought of the food and they said it was incredible .. SO..I ordered a set of 3 tacos.. 2 beef (steak) one chicken. Let me tell you! The flavors that popped in my mouth were unreal! SO SO good! Every bite had a.little of everything as they were not stingy with the fillings at all!! The corn tortillas were crispy around the edges but soft everywhere else… maybe a little to soft.. was kinda mushy.. I ate it anyway of course lol but if there was a way to fix that.. and make the entire shell crispy !??? It would then be 100% perfection! Highly recommend!

The Chef running these trucks is a former work mate so my opinion is openly bias, but from a professional standpoint, the information is solid. The Chef is the epitome of the American Dream. The mantra of work hard, sieze new opportunities and dedication to the art of your occupation. This combined with a steadfast commitment to consistency and the best quality makes every Dish Jorge and his family produce from what I see now is 3 trucks, is always, always refreshing and delicious. I’m a to fiend and they are perfect, but his other authentic family recipes are also delectable. When he has a special get it. The soups and stews are almost medicinal in character. The ingredients are fresh and vitalizing along with a proper mix of citric acid and chilies. He and his family are doing something right, 2 years ago it was 1 truck. Good luck to El Primo and viva Fuita! Great food and the right, got get ya sum.
