what is it? I got takeaway food. at home it turned out that the cake is only with cheese. The person who prepared it forgot to add the meat. it’s probably obvious that the Casadia is with meat.

I always order from Del Carmel typically Uber Eats.h order is always screwed up. I decided to come in today. The last at the counter was rude. I order steak tacos only cilantro. She was upset because they added onions. Also my grilled peppers.the cook dropped one on a bod that was sitting on the floor with grease in it and put it in my tray. Not to mention he tried catching it with his leg. I’ll pass. I spend over 30 dollars a week here.

This place is horrible, there asada had more fat and un-eatable parts then beef to eat and its not like they pit too much of that on the torta or burrito I ordered, compared to all the beans and vegetables. Paid extra for avocado and that was wasted money, black and nasty looking, even had a part that was hard and black. Disgusting, would never order again from them.

Worst place to eat at especially if you are dining in. The staff caters to phone orders and will have you waiting. Cooks are the worst as well. Avoid at all costs, your better off eating at the burger king across the street.

Poor business practice! I had one good experience and 2 previous bad ones. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from there again. I ordered menudo and was given Pozole. I called and was told that they left a note that they ran out of menudo. I looked and saw no note. They should have called and asked if they could make the switch. My son is allergic to chick peas. Had he eaten any, it would have been a nice law suit for us. They would not offer a credit unless I brought the pozole back. Food isn’t too bad but they do make errors in not paying attention to the order you want. If you say NO tomatoes…you will get tomatoes.

Doesn’t deserve a star(Disgusting Chilaquiles no where near as not even a dog would eat it. I’m beyond disappointed after reaching out to branch as I’ve ordered from Bridgeview Del Carmen and that branch knows exactly what chilaquiles are. I called Vanessa answering and told me to speak with owner in which is Paraguayan in which lady told me that’s how chilaquiles are done there. This is a Mexican Restaurant and all franchises have same menu and she said this is how owner has chilaquiles made. I will never order from this location and will pay owner a visit to confront as this is unacceptable and unbelievable. See for yourselves. Over cooked egg just thrown on wet tortilla chips and green salsa. Owner had apparently left so I didn’t get to speak with owner. Disgusting and very disappointed.)

Worst experience ever! I ordered for delivery , my delivery driver came screaming and FORCED himself into my apartment saying he was waiting outside for a half hour when I NEVER received a call when I finally got him to stop arguing with me about it in front of my 5 year old son he finally left and I open my food to this! This place used to be good but the are just getting worse and worse. I WILL LITERALLY NEVER EAT HERE NOR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN
