I just placed a door dash and forgot to add a drink. Called and the staff used her own credit to add the drink. This show great customer service and made my day. The food here is hands down excellent. We love ordering for lunch here at the office and Piata is a once or twice a week request.

Fast friendly place. This is a great place to go if you’re in a hurry and don’t want the normal fast food places. The kids spehgeti meatball was enough to fill my older kids too. The portions are generous, everything is customizable and it isn’t too expensive.

Imagine going up & down steps with a knee injury to grab some fast food after being stuck in the hospital all day and being told they can’t take anymore orders because they have too many. Not the best experience; won’t be back. I guess on the bright side their employee said it without an attitude? Unsolicited advise – Places need to have a sign on the door when their kitchen will be closing. Don’t come 15 minutes before they close or they may turn you away.
