Live, Laugh, Love Starbucks… except for this Starbucks located in the student center at Auburn University. THEY HAVE NO TOASTER???? You know how many days I would just die to have a nice warm and greasy egg bite or a nice warm croissant and I haven’t been able to get them. Get a toaster pls. Thanks.

The manager of this store doesn’t seem to be qualified as a manager. He has a terrible mind that is hard to believe that he is in the service industry. Even though there was a short size cup, he did not respond because it was not in the system, and the gold membership benefit, free coffee or tea, also said that it was not in this store. Lastly, I asked my daughter for an empty cup and he asked me to pay 25 cents. I will never go back to this store again.

The staff obviously works hard to get all of the orders out. However, if you’re a student looking to grab a drink between classes, be prepared for a long line and lots of waiting! It’s not too busy while classes are in session, so if you can get there when it’s not passing period, you should. Otherwise it’s best to bring your own coffee to school. Haven’t had a problem with the staff though. They’re pretty reliable.

Staff is nice, but cannot make anything right. I ordered 2 things on two different days and they both came out wrong! After saying something, they tried to fix it, but just made the drink worse. I ended up throwing the second drink away because it was just nasty. The staff is nice but otherwise clueless when it comes to making drinks. From now on, I will be making my own!

The lady there looks like she wants to kill you. Also, she can’t do her job. I ordered a hot chocolate, and it was room temperature. It is also confusing when picking up drinks, because it would be to much of a bother for them to write your name on it. I always get great service at Starbucks, but this is the worst one I have ever seen and would suggest you never go there again.

If you’re a student, you will regret going here. They have started using the Tapingo app and now it’s a chaotic mess. Because the line was out the door, I used the Tapingo app. My order took about 40 minutes to fill, and when I finally got my drink the cup was only filled just above the half way point. I should have just left without my drink because I was then late to class, but im to broke and cheap to walk away from food I paid for. I think the staff was doing their best under those circumstances. But students don’t have the money or time to waste here.

The Starbucks here has slow service. Usually crowded. Also, I found out that they are not a participating store for those who bought any Starbucks time-based refillable cups or tumblers. If you come to this Starbucks regularly as a student, don’t buy or bring the month-long free Starbucks drink containers.

Was late to pick up my mobile order (they had thrown away all the orders that hadn’t been picked up since they were closing) and they made me a new drink even though they were closing! So sweet and will of course be back 🙂
