Pleasantly surprised! Stopped in for lunch before doing some shopping. This store was fast! The food was so FRESH, the dining room was very clean, and the salsa was hot and delicious. I haven’t been to a Chipotle in awhile, and I won’t wait so long to go back, everything was great- even the iced tea was perfect.

It seems more recently the service has gone down, we never had issues until today. We ordered our usual online for pick-up. Burrito bowl, burrito and two kids meals. The burrito was completely torn in half, the burrito bowl was missing all of its toppings. Even the kids meal was missing a topping. I gave it two stars because this has been a solid location for us over the years but this was a really messed up order. Our food looked sad.

We were shopping in the area and decided to stop in for lunch. It was the expected fare of build your own _____. I opted for the steak bowl while my wife decided on a steak salad. Everything was okay even though we had to clean our own table before sitting down. As with most popular eateries the crowds tend to come and go on regular intervals. We just happened to arrive at a fairly busy time. But this is always a tasty, healthy option to the other greasy fast food choices.

Wow! First time having food poisoning at chipotle. Ordered a chicken fajita burrito bowl for dinging in. Had stomachache right after. I wasn’t sure if it’s me being pregnant or the food causing the stomachache so I had half of it took it to go. Then tried it again the next meal…same thing happen. And my husband had it too. He had really bad diarrhea right after. No good!!!

I usually love Chipotle but this location is consistently terrible. It’s the closest location to me and every time I try getting food here for the past year my order is either 30 minutes late on the time I selected for pickup, there’s missing toppings or sides on my order literally every time or the portions are so small it’s honestly sad. I’ve tried giving them so many chances with a hopeful attitude coming back every time and unfortunately it never gets better. The burrito that my husband got in our last order was suppose to have steak, rice, beans, corn, salsa and sour cream and it was basically just a small rice burrito. So disappointing.

I would rate it a 0 but I have to give it a one. The staff rolled their eyes at my sister and I when we asked for kids meals. They proceeded to give us half portions. The food we did have was nothing short of disgusting. Unacceptable in every way. I feel physically ill after eating. I love chipotle but this is the worst I’ve ever had. Try freebirds instead.

Really rude staff. All I wanted was a quesadilla, everyone there basically ignored me, and one girl basically said unless you can get the online order to work (which is wasn’t at the time) can’t help you. But that took about 5-10 minutes to get that answer and in the mean time everyone kept doing other things while I was ignored.
