I rarely ever leave bad reviews, it’s not something I like to do. But this has to be by far the WORST Wingstop I’ve been too dude. Most days it’s a miss and I’ve had a few hits, but when I tell you they do not pay attention to details, they RARELY ever pay attention to what you put on the instructions area. I feel like every single time I ask for well done, my order is basically undercooked. I don’t feel comfortable to call and ask for them to fix my order or even a refund because they are so unprofessional. This place needs a revamp ASAP, they suck and no one should suck this bad.

Absolutely horrible. I called to place an order and no one answered the phone. Went to the store and could only place an order online. The food was super, super, super greasy. Associate wouldn’t/couldn’t give me a refund for an item I purchased because the system was down. If I didn’t check the bag she wasn’t going to say anything. This is my 3rd time having a bad experience I won’t return ever again.

I am a white woman, the cashier was a younger black lady. After picking up my door dash order, I wanted to purchase a LARGE SWEET TEA. The lady huffed and puffed and threw a cup at me.. I just grabbed the cup and walked over to the drinks only to find out there was NO SWEET TEA.

I place an order only, arrived at the 21min mark given to pick up order. The worker took my name and information where I proceeded to wait for an additional 45 min. For them to tell me my order isn’t ready. Asked for a manager and at that time the managed to find my or that had been sitting for over and hour told them to cancel and refund the money they said 4-7 business days and still no refund. The number for the store doesn’t work and I can’t get ahold of anyone. Go elsewhere.

This is my second time trying this location. The first time I pulled up around 8pm and the staff was closing the store. The door was locked. The other day I placed a take out order and the cashier was so rude. I still ordered when I should’ve just left nonetheless I did. When I went to pick it up there were three employees one of which was a manager. They all were engaged in conversation and there phones while my food just sat there. I will never come back to this location.
