Phone hasn’t worked for a month which is significant with recurring operational issues. Two visits ago we drove over, after trying to call first to confirm, the doors were randomly locked with no signage hung on the door to provide an explanation or eta on when it will be open. And our most recent trip was a total bummer because there was a sign hung on the Baskin Robbins drive-thru menu which said “no ice cream available”.

Super sad. My friend has never had Baskin-Robbins ice-cream, he’s 57. We have been trying to get ice-cream for 3 weeks now and they still don’t have any. It’s the second week of June. Y’all sell ice-cream . I am so disappointed.

Very disappointed I ordered a jelly filled a handful of munchkins and a chocolate frosting long john and they were all shoved in a bag and almost all the chocolate frosting is off the long john on all the other donuts and when I went to call in they don’t have a number listed on Google.

never have i ever had such bad service. i ordered a birthday cake a few days before my birthday so i would be guaranteed it was ready and i go there to pick it up and they said there’s no order they just stood there and looked and me and said “sorry” not even trying to help or ask if i wanted my money back they just offered to give me SOMEONE ELSES cake the next day i declined and they just stood around i begged for 10 minutes for a refund and FINALLY they gave me it will never be back here wouldn’t be surprised if they gave my cake to someone else or just didn’t want to make it really

Rude staff.. We decided to go there for breakfast. We choose to go through the drive thur as we were in a rush that morning. I told them that I had forgot my glasses (totally my fault) and couldn’t see the menu. I asked what type of breakfast sandwiches did they have. I didn’t think it would be a problem for them to let me know what they have..they replied with everything we have is on the menu.

Awesome and wonderful and exceeded my expectations! They were out of the cappuccino blast this time so I ordered a mocha frappe and wow so excellent. I need to get over this way more often!! Also I ordered the maple bacon croissant and it was amazing!! Just the right amount of breakfast-y goodness and the flakiness of the croissant was perfect!! Thank you!! 🙂

We stopped here for breakfast on our way out of town on vacation and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the employees were! I could tell they were busy but the woman who helped us at the counter was cheerful, double-checked that our order was correct, and was very efficient! I appreciate this as I’m lactose-intolerant and it’s very important I get milk alternatives in my coffee. This doesn’t always happen at other Dunkin locations, but not only was everything correct, my avocado toast was the best I’ve had at any other Dunkin location. Kudos to you!
